myenemy 0
I think that among pros this will be the defining tournament. A. Because it tests all of your games, hence truly testing your poker playing skills.B. Because even rich people aren't going to plunk down 50K to play in games they dont know.I hope more than the final table is televised. I think that more will be.

dapokerbum 0
a guy from my wife's work just won a seat to this event so I told her that he should just sell it cause there is no way that he will even place in this event. But seriously if anyone won a seat for this event would you just sell it or would you actually try. to me i would rather sell that and take my chance in the lottery that is now the Main Event, or try a few of the smaller buy in events. Considering it though, I think I would have to sell it or play stud and stud/8 like a lunatic. That game just doesnt appeal to me at all. And $50,000 is a lot of money to spend on a tournament, which is exactly my point about people that know all the games paying this much. For 10K I would love to play this event.Oh and 'Yo hell yeah I suck toes....Welcome to Popcopy, can I help you?'

NocturnalRob 0
I think this event will be incredible, but I think it's a joke that the final table is all NLHE. I understand the need to appeal to the largest audience, but come on...i think it would be a great final table keeping the HORSE format.

WhiteSpade 0
In the final 20 people of party's wsop freeroll satellite on the weekend (where 1st was entry to H.O.R.S.E, 2-10 = Main event, 11-20 = $2000 entry) half the people playing didnt seem to really know what H.O.R.S.E. was - not even a clue. It'll be interesting to see how quick strictly holdem players donk out of the event.
