Bahá'í Faith:The Bahá'í Faith is an emerging global religion founded by Bahá'u'lláh, a 19th century Persian exile. "Bahá'í" is either an adjective referring to this religion, or the term for a follower of Bahá'u'lláh.Bahá'í theology speaks of three interlocking unities: the oneness of God; the oneness of religion; and the oneness of humanity. These three principles have a profound impact on the theological and social teachings of this religion.Bahá'ís believe that the history of Religion is an unfolding process of education planned by God, and that the founders of religions are God's messengers and teachers of this Plan. Bahá'u'lláh is seen as the most recent, pivotal, but not final of God's messengers. He claimed to be the One whose future coming was prophesied in religious scriptures of Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, and other religions, and that his major purpose was to lay the spiritual foundations for a new global civilization of peace and harmony, which Bahá'ís expect to gradually arise by following Bahá'u'lláh's teachings and laws.Bahá'í Faith

Okay, I don't know much about B'Hai.. there was this banging girl in my high school who was B'Hai...But I do know some things.. I went to school at Northwestern, and there is a B'Hai temple ( as in THE Ba'Hai temple in north america).. they have one temple one every continent ) about 1 mile from my campus, so I visited it a couple times.. ( once on mushrooms.. an amazing experience..)And this is what I got, from their info they had.. Ba'Hai is the extension and continuation and unification of all the worlds religions. Islam, Buddhism, Xianity, Judaism, Hinduism, in the minds of the Ba'Hai were all waves of religion, each one looking at the same thing from different ways, each describing God and the Universe.. all of them are right, in their own way, but none are perfect expressiosn of God and his world. The Ba'hai faith was started in Iran at the turn of the 20th century.. and it's a pasifistic and peaceful, understanding religion. They want to end war, and expand love. Rather cool little religion.. they are a small religion, but I think they are realy loaded judging by the Temple. If anyone has a chance, and they are in Chicago, take lake shore north untill it turns into Sheridan Blvd In Evanston, take it north threw evanston into Wilimette, and drive till you see the huge, crazy looking dome. It's absolutely the most beautiful and bizarre religious building I've ever seen.
