I know Ozzie will stick with Anderson, but you have to woory about his confidence. Clearly, the Pierre thing is a LONG shot, but I wouldn't be shocked to see the Sox go after another OF. If not for such a rivalry,Torii Hunter would be nice.

There's an article in the Trib today about bringing Josh Fields up to play OF instead of 3B, which he currently plays at Triple-A, while hitting .326 with 8 HRs. I LOVE the idea of moving Pods to CF and letting Fields play LF. But p.s. Mackowiak has been playing great.

I think they would get some votes now. I'm still rooting for the Yankees. They actually are pitching half way decent, despite the criticism it is taking due to Johnson. In fact they are 3rd in ERA for the AL. Once their hitters (with the exception of Matsui) return in full health I believe they will be the most powerful offense in the game.

They are so old in pretty much every position that I don't think you CAN expect them to EVER be fully healthy...and it's very possible that they could/will break down pretty noticably come the end of the season and the playoffs.....I have them winning their division..but I don't think they'll win a playoff series.I'm sticking with Cleveland.

Lol....we're better...but not quite that good. For next year's list we can be on there though..we'll be about a .500 team next year..maybe even better.
