Would love to hear what daniel wanted to accomplish with a mini re raise with a trouble hand like a 10? not being critical just would love to hear is thought processPhil was tilting. He wanted to get under his skin so he'd get him to pay him off with a weak hand.

Seems reasonable to me. And of course, if someone re-raises he can fold having saved more money than he would have if he had raised more.

Swift_Psycho 1
that what i was thinking but how can he think will call him with a inferior hand then a 10, because he was tilting?I wonder if Daniel was even really worried about getting called by a hand that dominated him. I'm sure Daniel felt he would be able to bet Phil off of A-K or something like that if Phil missed the flop so Daniel's raise was not really to define Phil's hand (I think we'll agree that minimum raises often don't), but merely to make sure that it was heads-up.Obviously, I'm just speculating, I could never claim to know what Daniel is thinking. DanielNegreanu 141
mini re raise with a 10? Would love to hear what daniel wanted to accomplish with a mini re raise with a trouble hand like a 10? not being critical just would love to hear is thought process It's an isolation play. You generally want to play pots against a weak player heads up with position. I figured the mini-raise would do several things:1) Confuse Phil2) Get others out3) Get me heads up with a player who was obviously steaming. They don't show every hand, but when Phil entered a pot either me or Antonio put the heat on him. He had no defense for it and didn't adjust well. He made that goofy raise with A-4 AFTER being re-raised like 10 times in a row. His head was totally spinning.

FourFlusher 0
With all the interest in this type of game, I don't know why one or two of the pro's don't package this themselves and buy some time on a real network and sell the commercial time to internet sites and beer companies. Those guys are the product, they should cash in on it more.I bet a couple of pro players could put together a much better package, they know the game and the audience.I can almost guarantee they could find somebody to take care of all the details.Like the rest of the reality shows the over head is squat for this, get somebody to produce it, all they would have to do is oversee.I know they could make it more entertaining than a bunch of suits. I can vouch for etaipo. No you do not need an account. First make sure you have downloaded and installed a torrent client (utorrent, azureus, bittorrent or some other version) then the torrent file should automaticly start downloading in your torrent client.
