do you think he has Qx enough here to value bet?
I'm torn on this one...I think sometimes he has a Qx, but the things I see most often are a busted draw which you won't get called by, or a marginally better ace which got scared but couldn't fold. Something like A7, for example. So this is one spot where I'm just happy to get to showdown my pair of aces. Though river value betting is something I want to work on, so.......cue Actuary.Just so my commentary is more complete, I like everything else. :club:

I think Doubletrain hit this one on the head. I think we are either getting called by a slightly better A, or they will fold. It's possible for QX to call, but I think we are better off checking, as I think we are usually behind. I rarely miss value bets, and I think this is an easy check behind, lol.

This is almost straight out of SSHE.I think they mention something about how, if you dont have a BDF draw to go with it, it might be better to just fold the flop. And they also recommend checking behind on the river.I think there're some opponents that you can bet the river against.

You think im better off folding on the flop Abba?I had a BDFD, so does that swing this from a fold to a raise?

BDFD helps keep it a call instead of fold (not sure its a fold w/o bdfd at .5/1, it is against good players)Pot Size comes in and sways it from a Call to a Raise

Why would you ever call in this spot? We are very vulnerable, why not protect with a raise?
when we are behind in a small pot with outs.In a small pot, there won't be 4 left to act, so its entirely differentI would not raise with As 5s in a 3 SB pot on a Ah Qs 3s board.I'd peel and re-evaluate******bad exmaple...I meant with a BDFD, I just call..I made it a FD... ISAPosting.
