offsuitbluff 0
I ran this in scenario in the cardplayer odds calculater and it said AA77 double suited was in fact the favorite with 31.28% win chance, against 30.86% win chance with AA55.was daniel kidding about when he said "Don't believe me? Try running the two hands heads up. Sure the 77 will beat the 55 if they BOTH flop a set, but I have the added win of the 2-3-4 straight. That is MUCH more likely to happen than set over set."Also i'm completely confused over why he ran it twice if he just had two backdoor flush draws, I dont know how he was anywhere near even money with that? especially against a set
Sluggo 0
Daniel wasn't kidding; he was wrong. They ran it for half the pot each time.
offsuitbluff 0
oh i think i understnad him running it twice for half the pot each time, i guess that would actually give him an edge. but either way he was crushed.
srblan 0
The situation he was talking about was AA55 vs a random hand and AA77 vs. a random hand. In that case, AA55 is slightly stronger.
