and after 3 days, he is risen!

If you are paying $20 for a haircut, I imagine people assume you did it yourself anyway.

Pocket change cost me my first and only black girlfriend.   It was in the middle of a roaring poker boom and I was flush in ways most men don't even bother dreaming of. Money, it was like dirt to me

i'd hit it scroomy

Ah, I see her now. Cute.

anyone think people are going to stop buying barbie dolls, fisher-price, etc. for kids any time soon?

Haha. You're kidding, right? People spend ridiculous amounts on kids toys.

I think they're going to pull through, but people apparently think they're going the way of Radioshack, or something. I think iPads and the like are a threat, but this feels like an overreaction to me. It was at a 6% div at open today...

Oh yeah, that's a good point. We we're just talking this weekend how my POS sister in law and her boyfriend bought their daughter a tablet for her THIRD birthday. Not a kids tablet mind you, an actual, though basic, tablet. Never mind that whenever my inlaws ask her to send money to help while they raise her 10yo son, from another guy, she always cries poverty.

But, regardless, go into any home with kids and there's still toys strewn all over the place.

I checked scram's site. I did see the potential of renting a house sometime in the future, although I'd have other sites for that for a beach condo, but that was a site of people renting rooms. That's just weird

Besides, we don't want to stay at a house of people we like, we certainly won't stay with strangers, and have to pay

I've stayed at AirBnB's three times now. I like it--I look for places that are blatantly used as income properties and get around city taxes, and are set up as hotel rooms. Look at studio apartments (which are more or less the size of a hotel room)...

I slept walked a couple of weeks ago, so I've decided to drink less. (My decision was funnier, I've decided to drink only on the job.) This leaves me in a terrible place, though. I'm home, with no wine or beer. I've cracked into a Christmas present of prosecco, and all I really want is a half bottle of red, or three Diving Bells.

I had this half baked idea the other day where I put my old boss into my phone as "Chris B" as in Chris Bachelor and I have my boss get the actual Chris the Bachelor to send him a selfie of him lounging at home and then some night when I'm at the bar I casually bring up I know Chris the Bachelor and then when she doesn't believe text my boss aka Chris B and tell him to take a selfie to prove to this girl that I know him so I can get her primed for some other dude. A lot of working parts here. Not sure there's even a real payoff.

Listening to coworker talk on phone to mortgage broker and brvy this is depressing. Dude is 35ish, married, no kids, and I know the company has paid for his schooling. Also, his dad's been the CEO for the past 15 year so I know he comes from money (not that means his dad gives him any) but he's talking about either taking a 401k loan to do an 80/20 or only being able to afford an FHA loan.

I don't want to be like that, Strat. I give you PoA on my finances. Bitch at me for getting a beer last night at BWW. Bitch at me for going to BWW and paying for my friend!

I did recently shop car insurance and went from paying $80/month to $150 every 6 months. After work I'm going to go visit a gym that's closer to my apt and see what their pricing is and if it's not lower see if they'll match my current gyms $300/year offer. (My work gives me $300/yr for fitness stuff) I'm also canceling my special class gym which is $90/month. I also need to call my cable company and see if I can negotiate that down.
