Looks like it will happen sometime starting in the fall... Ive always wanted an old western town. Saloon, mercantile, etc. Figured I start with the cabins, add in hiking/atv trails, tennis/BB court, etc. Then build a small replica of Dodge city on top of the mountain with units inside. With the constant sports, bikes blues and bbq, and craft fairs in this area its should do pretty well Ill need a live in caretaker... plus you already have the boots Out west, seemingly every town does this.
