speedz99 145
Maybe. But we don't have the testimony transcript, only the GJ's summary of what they thought was important to indict sandusky.I suppose, but we for sure don't know the boy's identity, which you would think would be key in the whole "getting him away from the rapist" thing.oh randyYou came and you brought me a turkey. So I got an offer from a PE firm today. It expires tomorrow. Thursday I have an interview with a firm that I want way more. What should I do?I also don't know what PE means, but you should take the job and still interview with the firm you want more. Unless the PE, whatever that is, world is so small that it'd somehow get back to them and screw you over. probably something along the lines of stop fucking braggingHeh.edit: OH! dawson! turn down the offer you have but tell them you've got two guys that'll do the job together for the one salary they were gonna offer you. I mean, it's really hard to turn down a decent job when there's a chance of being left with nothing, and maybe even harder to just come out and say, "I've gotten a few offers and need a week to weigh my options, so it would be great if you could extend the deadline, otherwise unfortunately I'll have to decline." strategy 4
Yeah. I mean, it's really hard to turn down a decent job when there's a chance of being left with nothing, and maybe even harder to just come out and say, "I've gotten a few offers and need a week to weigh my options, so it would be great if you could extend the deadline, otherwise unfortunately I'll have to decline."it would drive me nuts to take the lesser job without getting a shot at my #1. dawson is a smart boy with connections and what have you, I just don't see him getting left completely out in the cold.and no, I have never turned down a job offer. I'm trying to be objective--assume the role of a smart person, and shit.matt jones (badger from Breaking Bad) is doing an IAMA on reddit. my favorite answers:- matlock- football commercial
JubilantLankyLad 1,957
Apparently the link has nothing to do with the rest of your post. But it did lead me to this youtube clip, which had me laughing a whole lot more than it should have.I'm not going to say how long it took me to realize that was a video game. Impressive what they've done with the graphics in those things, though. There are just so many similarities between the above situation and .I think my new interview strategy is going to be "bring this clip, show it to the interviewer, explain that I A) think it's hilarious and 2) would be a significant improvement over Mac and Charlie as their new hire". The jobs should be flowing.
ShakeZuma 585
i didnt know billy zane was black.bet there's a lot you don't know about billy zane budand this whole concept of having "options" in a job/career is just ridiculous to me. I'm assuming that dawson is making all of this up.
Dawson Leery 12
Unless they'll extend the offer, I think I'm gonna roll the dice. I'll keep you updated on how this turns out, in as smug of a manner as possible.

speedz99 145
When the tv is on in the background while I'm studying, there are few movies that announce themselves with merely the first note of the opening song. Top Gun is one of them. Awesome.Oh thanks. And I fixed the typo.

Roll the Bones 74
Sure, they could be. It didn't say that in the article though. My idea was to post a bunch of articles that, in my mind, posters here were actually reading and simply giving him the links to them all as if I actually knew. Thus the assortment of science (animals for speedz-, nueroscience for vb, I forgot the "new physics broohaha" for Yorke) , political, social and religous (for brv) athiest (for me), articles ending with the kicker of them all, the Kournakova scandal!!.So, as I have been admitting for years, I really am not very funny. So I got an offer from a PE firm today. It expires tomorrow. Thursday I have an interview with a firm that I want way more. What should I do?edit- I was going to suggst what Speedz said.I'm not going to say how long it took me to realize that was a video game. BillyPilgrim 1
at lunch today i saw this lady giving her desert the same look jerry sandusky gives little boys. when the waiter set it on the table she turned from the speaker and stared at this desert like she'd never seen anything so incredible. she was kind of hot, so i was keeping an eye on her anyway - but you couldnt miss this. she must have stared at it for 30 seconds. she never took a bite though. it was fascinating. BillyPilgrim 1
I was tempted to turn on my speakers while watching that, but ultimately decided against it.i really like the song. if you are familiar with the black keys then you can surmise the basic tone. but i'd advise you give it a listen at home tonight, well worth it. and this dude in the video really starts breaking it down at the 2:20 mark. Napa Lite 3,279
I really like that song, enough that I even purchased it on iTunes because I was tired of having to restart the YouTube video when I wanted to listen to it again. But then again I also purchased "Dance (Ass)" - Big Sean ft Nicki Minaj.
