Dread Aidan 8
I wonder if Mayweather, deep down, realizes that he'll never be thought of as a boxing god (like he wants) unless he beats Pacquaio (sp).I think he realizes that he won't be thought of that way if he loses to Pacquiao. I heard an interview with Brian Kenny and he was saying that the only thing Mayweather cares about is his undefeated record. He thinks that as long as he never loses, people won't remember anything else and that he will be thought of as a boxing god. I think Carey Mulligan is a very good actress. JubilantLankyLad 1,957
Based on that picture, d) None of the above. Also based on that picture, I suspect there may be other pictures where she could be a) Cute. But I wouldn't hold my breath. There's no Hot/Beautiful chances though, I'd suspect. And possibly still in high school. I might've blocked that part out of my mind.

Dread Aidan 8
Why would you block that part out? What are you, religious? It actually makes zero sense that I would block that part out. The whole movie is about this teenager dating a guy twice her age. I could never shake the "this is kind of creepy" vibe to it (and maybe you're not supposed to) and I don't want that vibe on me. Or in me, if you prefer. Not "if you prefer" in that way. I'm struggling today. Today??? *sigh*

LongLiveYorke 38
So, I'm still a bit confused. When I add someone to a facebook list (other than "Close Friends" or "Aquaintances"), do they know about it? It's horrible if they do, it ruins the whole "Turing" aspect of it (to quote the Social Network). Friend classification then becomes biased by social feedback, which is certainly not what one wants. (Not sure why I'm so fascinated by Facebook recently...)

Roll the Bones 74
I started reading a book called A Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius and realized shortly into it that obviously Shimmering Wang is the author. It's an odd feeling that a) though unlikely true b) it is likely true due to nuerotic self depricating style *and c) he is writing about himself though admittedly lying in parts and he tells you which parts as if he was telling a story about himself here, though not really himself, though obviously he is.He retells Wangs favorite story to the girl about the lizard only it's a little different and uses pirranha. It's all just very weird and awesome. In the preface to the preface he basically says,1. You don't have to read the preface2. You don't have to read the acknowledgements3. In fact you can skip the middle as well pg.104-202, it's about self absorbed 20 somethings.4. In fact just read the first 4 chapters, the rest is self absorbed nonsense.Well, unless you are absolutely bored with nothing else to read, then by all means, go ahead.
