Meh, I have 10AM class tomorrow, and nobody else in my house is drinking. I'm not gonna drink by myself. Everyone else got homework for the most part, so they're workin on that. Now if I'm playing poker on a Thursday night, Matt, you need to drive up from Chicago, slap me, then buy me some booze. Basically my plan is to study/poker Sunday-Wednesday, Party Thursday-Saturday. There will be exceptions to this, tonight is not one of those.
A fine plan. Although I have always hated the thursday night partying. Why pick a night when most people have things to do the next day?

Because those of us who were smart with our schedules can rub it in the faces of all the people who stay sober. I guess at UM the biggest party night is Thursday, then Saturday, then Friday.

It's actually the same way (if not more exaggerated) in Lawrence. I'm not big on partying and I don't really think I could have made a TR schedule work. MWF is the best, sir.

I think the best idea is to have a few classes everyday. I have all my classes in 4 hours of time everyday except Tuesday. I'm done by 2:30 everyday, and have 1 day with class starting before 10.

I think the best idea is to have a few classes everyday. I have all my classes in 4 hours of time everyday except Tuesday. I'm done by 2:30 everyday, and have 1 day with class starting before 10.
I did that last year. I fell into the bad habit of just skipping an entire day's worth of classes because I didn't want to walk to campus. If I miss a day now, it's gotta be some dire circumstances, because I miss 5 sections. For me, only having class 3 days a week encourages good attendance. To each his own, I guess.

Oh, my random highlight of the weekend. There are 2 girls in our class in our house. Both are attractive, especially by U of M standards. One of them had their boyfriend from high school up for the night on Sunday. Typical football guy, super competitive, and thinks he's the greatest at ping pong. We play, and I beat him 3 games straight when we were sober. We take a break, and he wants a rematch when I'm about 7 beers deep. I go down, and kick his ass twice more when I was pretty drunk.

No. Another downside to her is that she doesn't drink. The other one does though, and has no boyfriend. However, she does have an older brother who is still in the house.

Yeah, I know. All of the girls now in the house drink and none of them did coming into the house.
You're better off than I am now anyway. I've pretty much exclusively hung out with girls who have boyfriends so far this year. What a sad life I lead.

Watched The Contender tonight, left me kinda pissed off. Walter losing to K9 was kinda like in Mortal Kombat, when you would move in and out, and lose to someone who just button mashes.Oh, and in my story earlier, that was ping pong, not beer pong. I think ping pong requires a little more coordination, which makes my victory all the sweeter.

at all colleges the major party night is Thursday, I guess so they can still go home on weekends if they want. Never really understood why you'd want to though.

I would say Thursday, Friday, and Saturday are tied as the major party night.And for me...Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday were close.
