Napa Lite 3,280
This weekend really has me wanting to accelerate my plans of attempting a move up to the cities. It's "funny" though how all my friends are telling me to "move up here and then find a job" as they casually mention borrowing tens of thousands of dollars from their parents as interest-free "loans".
Tiltinagain 976
When i do my expense reports i always give sarcastic comments in the 'explanation' box. Why do i have to enter an explanation for my car rental? So i write in "car for driving." For meals, for an explanation, i write "food." Heh. I only have to write in explanations if concur thinks I spent too much on a category. Car rental almost always requires it. When I was in Vegas last and ate at the seafood buffet I just handed over my card as usual and didn't even pay attention to the cost. Then it's expense report time and I realize it was a $56 dollar meal. My daily limit is $40 so of course my boss kicked back the report after I submitted it. Changed it to a personal expense and told them to charge me for it. They did not. I just want it on the record that I'm not a hypebeast fvckboi like Ron says I am, pussy or not. I don't think he said that at all. I had a couple of sweaters like the one you mentioned several years ago and they were by far my favorites. I can't remember the last time I wore a sweater though. brvheart 1,765
Tilt, I was going to like that post for the "They did not." happy ending, but I've already given you my like for this year. I thought you would like to know, though.
Essay21 2,387
I personally love it when Ronny gives me the business. He zings me good and i can respect that.
Napa Lite 3,280
I could wear a sweater every day of the year at work as I'm always freezing. I should just find a nice cardigan and keep it at my desk and put it on everyday like I'm Mr. Rogers. Hell I could even switch to a pair of house loafers.
Essay21 2,387
Work Cardigan! Work Cardigan! Please have a work cardigan. The loafers on fridays, otherwise wing tips.
Ron_Mexico 4,227
I was having a nice little Monday until Ron insulted my sick sweater game and then I realized I still don't have my new monitor which the IT guy assured me he'd have two weeks ago. Brvy's going to have to sell kids because he'll lose his job because I can't fix his excel issue and he's poor now because of the stock market. Now I'm in a terrible mood. You're welcome? Look on the bright side. You can get some jackets with elbow patches and become a professor at a local community college
Ron_Mexico 4,227
I think this is one of those times where Napa is just effing with me so I'm just gonna roll with it and assume he knows I'm just messing about regarding his sweater game. He's 26, he should wear trendy things. I always thought he stuck with the classics so he didn't waste money on stuff that goes out of style, but hey, I've been wrong before. Rock on nap. And look at the bright side, with those leather pads, they can serve a double purpose as elbow and shoulder protection in case you take a spill on your hog
brvheart 1,765
The stock market has been fun to watch today. Netflix was down 11% at one point and now they're up 4%. I don't think your customer should have liquidated his 2m IRA.
Ron_Mexico 4,227
Strat liquidated all of his assets and put it all in bourbon.

brvheart 1,765
My Facebook is a cesspool of back to school pictures right now. I'm going to sign off for a few weeks.
Napa Lite 3,280
Since when is a sweater with elbow/shoulder patches not a classic garment? And, again, let the record show I did roll with the original shit giving before Ron really doubled down on it and spelled out *exactly* what he thought.
Napa Lite 3,280
Work Cardigan! Work Cardigan! Please have a work cardigan. The loafers on fridays, otherwise wing tips. The few (thinner) cardigans I've purchased (and subsequently returned) always end up making me look super frumpy, as Ron alluded too. If I go thicker, box-ier, I run the risk of being too hot. I need to lose more weight before I seriously consider it.
Essay21 2,387
No, he shouldn't have liquidated. But thats his problem. Nap is more like 29 than 26. Im pretty sure.
Napa Lite 3,280
27. 28 in October.
Ron_Mexico 4,227
27. 28 in October. You're oaf And I only wrote "esactly" what I thought because you asked what the hell I was babbling about and I thought my original post wasn't clear If we can't pick on each other's clothes that we haven't actually seem, then what the hell are we doing here? Dammit all to hell
Ron_Mexico 4,227
So, Napa, since I don't think you're actually mad, and if you are, I'm puzzled, and sorry, again, but what about MN is appealing to you? Is it a big city, and out of Iowa, yet still close to your roots? And are your friends really that oblivious to the world that most people (excluding suited) can't just get $10k from their parents? I just started watching the tv show Fargo, and Minnesota seems awful. The weather and the accents. Summers are the tits, I'm guessing
Napa Lite 3,280
LET'S GO TO THE TAPE I just bought a sort of marbled rust/brown wool sweater with leather patches on the shoulder and elbows. Super dope. Excited for it to be cold enough to wear. That seems super douchetastic. If the sweater fits, I guess. They can be clingy. Hey, maybe I'm just unaware since we don't do sweaters down here But there are things that look decent on black people that white people cant pull off. Certain hats come to mind What in the sam hell are you talking about? Sweaters are clingy on fatties I will defer to you on sweater knowledge since we don't wear them often in FL I pictured Kanye wearing a sweater with shoulder and elbow patches, you liking the way it looked, getting one, then looking woefully odd. That was what was in my head. Apologies I mean... I'm not really upset about anything Ron said for reasons he already mentioned. It does actually bother me seeing that Dutch liked Ron's posts and has me questioning if it was a good purchase.
Ron_Mexico 4,227
Yeah, I'm happy with that. I was playful, made a solid joke but ultimaltely said, twice, that I defer to you since you like clothes and wear lots of sweaters. Plus, I'm too fat and sweaty and close to the equator to be wearing them
Napa Lite 3,280
Oh hey, I just asked around and it appears we're all full down here. Sorry man, I'll keep my eye out though Whenever I accidentally close out of this tab on my phone the bookmark I have is this post for some reason and it makes me laugh every time because I just think of Ron reminding SA unprompted that they don't want him in Florida.

Ron_Mexico 4,227
Florida, from Orlando down l, definitely isn't for essay. You northern folks are just wired different. Brvy was dying in Feb, or whatever it was, and that's our coolest month Plus, essay doesn't like blacks or foreigners, and we're chock full of them. Central Florida has way less, unless you're near the attractions (Disney, etc) or at ikea
