Pretty sweet deal compared to the insanity I was seeing for apartment rates. Net of money going to prin and the deduction, it probably works out to total living expenses of $700/mo, for a 2br2ba with a garage and the amenities you get at a nice apartment complex. comparable is at least $1k to rent. not sure what it works out to if you include closing costs, maintenance, etc. but it's probably close.
