and after 3 days, he is risen!

If you are paying $20 for a haircut, I imagine people assume you did it yourself anyway.

Pocket change cost me my first and only black girlfriend.   It was in the middle of a roaring poker boom and I was flush in ways most men don't even bother dreaming of. Money, it was like dirt to me

I feel like a bad friend for not forcing you guys to buy more SBLK when it just hit sub .90/share a few weeks ago. It's still free money, but man.
ugh, way too much blood in the water for my taste. whole industry is f'd for years due to overcapacity. bunch of these companies will go belly up in 2012 and sblk probably a prime candidate. if the whole industry wasn't so boned they might be able to find a buyer but no one has the cash to do it.http://www.ft.com/intl/cms/s/0/8b1c6e4c-20...144feabdc0.html

that's the company that I've been talking about when I said I want to move to raleigh. I mean I don't know what their hiring practices are specifically, but they're consistently listed as one of the best companies to work for in the US (3rd this year, 1st last) so... no. you're probably gonna need experience. if they're anything like the company I work for, no analysts or specialists or anything with that kind of title gets hired without 10 years experience save for statisticians. but there's nothing stopping you from applying now is there?
wasn't speaking to applying there specifically. their software is pretty widely used.

yeah that'd be fantastic except virginia is a downgrade.

they're in nc dude. total upgrade. nc state bitches. well, for me. I'm sure they have fancy beers for you.but I see what you're saying now. can you get a certification or anything? any extra line on your resume is good. unless it's like "experienced kitten collector" or something. but try that anyways.

well this is can't miss
First actual lol of many in this ketchup. Well done by all. Not nearly as funny when I read outloud to gf what made me laugh, and she stares blankly at me.
To the other guy. The husband probably gets mk'd the vast majority of the time.
Mk'd, I like it...well, the expression, not the act.
ZINGI'm currently sitting at a bar by myself, before meeting people out, drinking a bells hopslam because I wanted to make sure I got some before this keg goes dry. Kinda look like a loser, kinda feel like a loser.HOW THE MIGHTY HAVE FALLEN
I'm not a fan either. I hope that nobody talks to me while simultaneously feeling like a lonely, friendless loser. May do it tonight for UFC fights. Or just nut up and pay the $65 or whatever. When I sit at a bar for 4 hours, $65 is an effing bargain. No hot waitress to stare at while at home
I kind of like sitting at a bar by myself. Makes me feel mysterious.
Oh
lately I'm at work around 12 hours a day and I'm trying to find a couple hours a day to study for this cert I need to get. only way I could get another job is if I had a good supply of free meth.edit: and let's not confuse "not able to" with "refusing to." it may seem logical to look for a new job when you're underpaid, and it may be explainable during an interview, but if you've only been at your current company a year and a half, 3 years at your previous, and a year and a half at the one before that, you're seen as a job hopper and you're not going to even get to the interview phase. this is pretty universal in hr circles from everything I've read and heard (directly from some of the companies I've tried to apply to in this area too).
in banking, it isn't, or wasn't the case. It is more expected. I have worked for 5 banks since 1999, only one for more than 3 years. Also, I'm actually dying to know what you make now. Tell me

I can't read that article, and that makes me sad.SBLK has been buying other shippers, so unless you have info I don't (like in the article I can't read), then I feel like they are a good deal. It seems they would shut down their dividend and make other cost cutting moves if they were nearing insolvency.

I'm gonna pretend I knew raleigh was in nc.2-3 day classes for SAS run like $1500 from what I saw. I could learn it for free (steal the software and some ebooks, run it all on a virtual machine for safety) if I wanted, but again, if employers have stupid-high expectations, what's the point?

you use firefox?http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/68072greasemonkey can be got here:https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/greasemonkey/they're cash-positive but it looks frail to me. a corp with most of its money tied up in assets that are quickly losing value paired with a sub-1 current ratio... that is worrying. I'm no shipping expert or stock analyst though.

the thing that really bothers me is their forward p/e of "NA" aka we project to suck for a long time and who knows how we'll stay afloatthe fun thing about discussing crappy shipping stocks is all the sinking ship metaphors aren't metaphorical

I think that's because it makes it harder to read people's body language.Try not wearing pants, it helps.
You weren't the first one to make that suggestion. It's tempting but...no.

I agree. I don't think companies look at 2 or 3 years at a company as job hopping anymore. I've been dieing to know what he makes too since he talks about it so much. I'm starting to expect that telling us would ruin his persona though.

Tonight's choice, which the beer store fella only charged me $2.99 instead of the $7.99 price that was clearly marked on it. (He is black.)http://beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/147/43905Pretty good. Belgian style IPA. Stone is a top-5 brewery for me. Bought a sixer of Victory Lager for tomorrow. I'm not expecting great things, but I don't think I've ever had it before, which is the impetus for most of my purchases these days.I'm also making some jalapeno cornbread from scratch. Hoping it comes out well.

stealing from black people. the irony.
stratty you been on the boulevard tour? it's okay i guess, but i'm not that into beer or how it's brewed.
I have. it was interesting to see how these things are done. I was surprised with the cleverness of it--starting the beer at a high point and gradually allowing it to flow through the brewing and bottling process via gravity.

bit of inside info on the boulevard choc ale. apparently it's a huge bitch to make, clogs up equipment or something. I bet they're not too unhappy that one of their wildly overpriced beers got super popular nonetheless.
You do have a Total Wine, right? I'm talking, hundreds of beers.

Did Napa go Viral? Did Speedz streak Foxborough? One hundred and twenty six users. That's kind of a big deal I'm assuming this is normal now? P.S. I am not dead, but should be. That is all
