I consider myself to be above average in intelligence, but I would guess my Sat scores are easily one of the lowest in this thread.It could have something to do with the fact that I did each section in less than 30 minutes and did not study or prep for it one minute.I got an 1150, no idea what the breakdown was.

Michigan doesn't use the SAT (or didn't when I applied to college), so your score is higher than mine...I may have told it here before, but my best unprepared story from college was a final exam for a mechanical design class. The final was on a Friday at 8am, and my roomate had to pull me from a drinking game at 7:45 to go take the exam. I scored an 80 as well as many disgusted looks from the girl next to me. My roomate got an 84 on 8 hours of studying and 8 hours of sleep. I was so excited after the exam that I collapsed on our dining room floor for 3 hours using my bookbag as a pillow.

I took me forever to win on Deity. Forever. I even read walk-through's and crap and couldn't do it. I can easily get addicted to the following:Any Civ, but especially 2 and 4. I have all of them.Railroad Tycoon 1, I never got 2 and all the subsequent versions are apparently awful.Any simcity, but especially 2 and 4. I have the original Simcity, Simcity 2000, Simcity 3000, and Simcity 4.No other games can get their claws in me, for whatever reason.

Yeah. I only ever wanted to go to ISU (what a dumb mistake that was) and so I didn't even bother with the SAT. I got a 30, fwiw, which some chart tells me is about a 1330-1350 SAT. It was also the highest score in my class of 76 apparent dumb people. I was pretty proud though, the one girl who considered herself the smartest in our class (bankers daughter, very cute, dated star athlete, etc) took prep courses and studied could never get above a 28 in the three times she took it. My prep was watching "A Beautiful Mind" the night before taking the test. Buut, now she's in law school and I'm hoping I can get an entry level accounting job.Advantage...Wang.

Until a handful of years ago 1600 was a perfect score, but now it's out of 2400. A 1570 would help you get a scholarship to a lot of schools, but to get a full ride to a top tier school (like UPenn, where Cane went) you need a lot more going for you than a high SAT score, plus financial need comes into play.
