Since you're pretty much calling his all-in bet, even against a set your equity is going to be close to the 33% required to make a break-even call. If he seems LAG, I'd go for it since it's possible he could be pushing two-pair or some kind of wrap straight/flush draw that you clearly have odds to make a +EV call.
