Heh friend of mine started this website about a year ago now i guess...we use it to gather local games in our area.www.sapokerclub.comRecently we had a new guy join up that runs a 20 dollar buy in, with rebuys and add ons every thursday night. Funny thing is, his wife is a stripper, with alot of stripper friends. If you take a bad beat in the tournament, you get a chip, and can turn it in for a free lapdance before you leave or rebuy or whatever...needless to say -- its become quite a big tournament every thursday, i think he had 40 people yesterday night. Just wanted to share...thought it was a novel idea, for a change. 20 dollar buy in tournament, first place paid out almost 500 bucks, and bubble boy got a free lapdance. good times.

Sadly i've never had the chance to play real strip poker. I have however always wondered what the rules are. Do you use your clothes as chips? Ie ill call your shirt and raise you my left sock. And if so do you have to put the clothes in the pot before the hand is over or do you settle at the end of the hand. When you see strip poker on TV it always seems like the person who loses removes one piece of clothing at the end of the hand but if this was the case wouldn't everyone just stay in till the end of every hand removing any kind of skill from the game.

Ok I've played it legitimately once. We used actual chips and played on the coffee table in my dorm room freshman year. We started out with 50 chips, and played NL with blinds of 1/2.If you got down 5 chips, you take an article off (i.e. I win the first hand and get up to 55/45, she takes off her top). If she wins 5 chips back, she gets to put one article back on.She knew some about poker, but was playing way too tight for heads up, and I chopped away down to her thong. She wouldn't take it off right away, but instead let me rub ice on her boobs. I remember some assclown kept trying to come in and get in on the game while we were playing, but I finally got him out of there and we ended up hooking up afterwards.Not the most professional of set ups, but it worked.

lots of ways to play.one is just play 5-card draw or a game like that. then everyone stays in every hand, and the loser takes something off. alternatively, the winner picks who has to take something off.the latter is better, since you are then going for the win, as opposed to just trying not to lose.but most ways remove betting from the game.

two funny experiences for me:when i was about 15-16, a big group of us were together. about 4 guys and a dozen girls - the good-looking girls nerds like me didn't get to see much, so the ballsiest of us (not me) suggested we play strip poker.well, we couldn't figure out the rules, so we played strip stella-ella-olla.it worked disturbingly well, and we all got to see some boobies.other time was at camp, on a camping trip (i never got that).about 10 of us, and split pretty even, but the two good-looking french girls were with us, and another guy who was naked half the time regardless of games, so we decide to play.well, one thing leads to another, and we're all pretty much naked. then a raccoon runs by. then another... and another.now nine of us are on a picnic table naked, watching about a dozen raccoons whiz by. finally, they leave us alone, and we head back to the tents. on the way, we see a raccoon behind a tree. i tell my friend there's a bunch more behind him, and he takes off running in the opposite direction of the tents.we find him the next morning still naked lying in a ditch, which is doubly hilarious, since the whole island wasn't 500 yards long, and he still couldn't find his way back to the tents.moral of the stories:strip poker leads to good times.

You could bet whatever you wanted but to rebuy it cost you an article of clothing. We had rules on the amount of clothes (each sock did not count as a sperate item). Basically it was an excuse to get naked. They had a hot tub and we never seemed to remeber a Bathing suit when we went over there. Their parents were gone a lot and they liked to have a good time.

I don't think there's anything deep down about it. If you're a girl playing strip poker you pretty much want to get naked; if you're a guy playing strip poker you pretty much want the girl to get naked.

Im guilty of base dealing in strip poker and Im not even good at it. I think deep down they really want to get naked.btw to the OP...that is probably the best home game in the planet.

not only did we base deal, but we just kept cards. and not just an ace or two - usually one of 3 guys dealt, so we didn't ask questions if the deck was a little light. usually though, we end up running out of cards, because all the guys are keeping a half dozen cards!

I played some heads up strip poker once. 5 card draw, no betting, so very minimal skill. I remember one hand she had trip 4s and I had something like a pair of 9s. She thought she lost and proceeded to take her shirt off. I didn't bother correcting her until she was naked.
