GoStags92 0
good lord I hope you are a woman. Recognizing Jon Favreau, the creator of Swingers from his stint on Friends and director of Elf.If you are male, you should have your male card revoked immediately.Chips are ok. Didn't knock me out. Check out Alf's. I like his alot.I have the Brookstone set. They were a gift and work just fine. (just so you don't say "post yours")Agreed....it should have been. wvapoker 0
good lord I hope you are a woman. Recognizing Jon Favreau, the creator of Swingers from his stint on Friends and director of Elf.Al Smooth is Jon Favreau!I am not a woman, but I am a father and my kids love Elf. BTW Elf is a cool flick. They made him look so big in the north pole just with camera angles and over and undersized sets.Anyways should you be selling some senior citizen a CD or a Tax Shelter Annuity (not that a senior citizen would need one). PokerMirate 0
Hope you didn't pay too much, depending on how much you paid I have a feeling you could have gotten better chips for about the same price. Not what I like, but at least you like them.
ROGUE06 0
I like the colors and the designs. I have a friend with similar chip set but of course there was no picture in the middle. I think he paid around 100 for 500 chips but this was back like 2 years ago when chip sets cost a little more.
dead money 1
If you want a good custom chip go with Nexgens. They have great edgespots and recessed centers. They cost about .15c a chip and you can get 1000 labels for like $40. Here is a link:http://www.discountcasinogear.com/store/product2070.htmlNow if you want a real good set and dont mind spending about $1 a chip then go with Paulsons. They are my favorite. Here is a link:http://www.discountcasinogear.com/store/product2086.htmlAlso, if you go here:http://www.sidepot.com/poker_chip_factory/tool.htmlYou can design your own. alf13 0
Screw all that.To get custom Paulsons...you need to put in a minimum order of 150,000 chips with GPI.if you want custom CLAY..REAL CLAY with an INLAY..(not a cheap label), then go with:http://www.pokerchips.com/If you like Ceramics...and you want the very best...the same as the ones used in many las Vegas Casinos and WPT events..then go with these guys:http://homepokerchips.com/Now..if you want a slightly lower grade Ceramic, but a GREAT VALUE, go with either of these two....I really recommend the one on top, they also do high quality labels if you are a cheap bastard:http://www.ciretech.com/lynbark/http://www.nevadajacks.net/
Hatchet 0
Just looking at the chips they are indistinguishable from the metal insert 11.5 chips which are most definately plastic products. A good way to tell is to drop one or two on a hard wood surface or stack them on top of one another by dropping and listen to hear a metal ring. If this is there I would know that they are indeed not clay mold products and just custom stamped.Good designs thoughbest way to tell is to find a magnet and .. well you know.. anselm 0
Wait wait, so what's the story on the felony copyright infringement?
Hatchet 0
best way to tell is to find a magnet and .. well you know..Actually, don't worry about that, these are plastic, sorry. On two of them I can see the place where the plastic enters the die. Been a while since I've been involved in injection molding but I believe this is called the "gate"
finztotheleft 0
Agreed....it should have been. "Oh yeah, the guy from PCU and Swingers."I'm female, so it was the guy from Zathura who was on the Apprentice

Brisco 0
they look nice but the al lagio is extremely tacky. Having your face on them is cool. 6.8\ 10Come on, the dudes name is Al.... Al aggio.. get it? With his face as the joker. Cut him some slack. The chips are funny and nice. Congrats.
theresa113 0
The chips are nice. It is cool that you have your own but somewhat stolen logo. I bought some cheap chips a while ago. I have only hosted one home game since my dining room is too small to do so effectively. Anyway, I do not like my cheap plastic chips. I had no clue at the time what I was buying. In a few years when my son moves out, I may convert his bedroom to a poker room. If I do, I will probably buy ceramics. I friend of mine had Nevada Jacks and I love the feel of them. I like them and would like to share" only to have some people Sh*t all over them and tell him what a horrible purchase he made.WTF is that about? If he was considering a purchase and gave them as an example to get some advice, THEN it would be looking out for his best interests. He isn't taking them back and stated that he was happy with them. That's not looking out for his best interests. That's telling him "you are an idiot for buying THOSE chips". See the difference?
