So I casually just open the window of a random table just to see the structure.theres a 326 rb board 3 turn. guy one bets 10800 guy two raises 21600, guy 1 automatically moves in for like 34000 guy 2 instacalls. G1 turns over 44 for a mid pair and a gutshot, G2 turns over 99. river is a 5 and guy 2 gets the 78k pot for the tourney chiplead.incredible.edit, btw GL grinder.and also, I was excited about the structure but apparently it still sucks.

Once every great while i'd try a button smooth call, keep postion might hit a big flop and get more action, and confuses the hell out of the blinds.

Would you believe kk? I play really timid in big pots iwth marginal hands especially against a player like the bb who called because i pegged him as more of a calling station and i didn't want to bluff.

After thinking about it that was the only hand I could imagine you doing that with though I thought you might also have needed the K of diamonds? Ya have that diamond K too?

Yeah..KK makes sense there, those 2 guys would have to be pretty dumb if they held A-K/Q/J and would check that much to let the others hit the flush or even the gutshot. Nice play. Also if you had the king of diamonds, that would help your decision making.

Just in case anyone wanted to see an interesting table: Table 13 has Chipleader and 2nd in chips for the entire tourney one seat apart both with approx 120K and then 2 people at 50K+ and still one more at 40K plus...thats a lot of chips.

it's a little tedious, if i make the moeny i will be very happy to still be playing. This is one of the best hours of poker I've ever played. Was very short stacked and picked up my spots all teh way up to 32k without being all in with the worst hand one time.

to be honest I wasn't bored, i mean it was taking a long time, but i expected to be playing for a long long time. Boredom didn't make me push taht hand, i was tilted because I misplayed 99 to chunk off my stack. Obviously should of just folded a8 and moved on, but i made numerous mistakes all tournament that were just me not folding when i should. It was a bad way to spend 3 hours when i really thought i was playing well, slowly building and for sure was gonna cash. Last hand was jsut retarded, although i make him fold that hand a majority of the time on that flop, just a well played pair of aces for him

were you really ready to play 8 hours? you used the word tedious earlier, and you mentioned at the table that the tourney was really long and wondering how long it would be to the cashline. Im not picking on you, its just something you have to watch out for. You'll get into situations where you try to make something happen faster than you need to and end up risking your tourney where you dont need to. Ive done it before and from your comments it may have happened to you here.

I mean i said it was tedious because I was getting no good hands and was jsut folding folding folding, and i asked about teh cashline because I was a little anxious to cash. I enjoy poker the least when i'm on the bubble with a small stack waiting to cash, but once I money I love that tournament and will play till I win. I've gone 7 hours plus before,but I guess I got a little aheaed of myself.
