nritchi3 0
I don't know what it is but i have problems for some reason i can't bring myself to play longer sessions. All my sessions are between 40 min and an hour now. I don't know if its because i moved up im limits recently or what but its just stupid playing these short little sessions. And winning or losing doesn't affect it. Any tips that will help me be more comfortable playing longer sessions. BTW my bankroll is 500BB for limit holdem so i don't think its a bankroll issue. zimmer4141 0
Yeah, usually I try to play shorter sessions of cash games. I find myself getting less sharp as I play longer, so I usually play an hour and a half max.
skits2 0
Unless you are making your living from poker, the short sessions aren't necessarily a bad thing. There is no point in playing if it stops being fun, especially if you become less sharp and you lost money. Other than that the only advice I can offer is to put something in the back ground that you enjoy that won't distract you, be it music or a movie or such
StackOSociety 0
When I play higher limits than usual, I am usually more "into it" than just grinding away at a limit I'm comfortable. Then you're more likely to notice if your game is slipping and feel like it's time to close shop.
