Did this guy flop a set of kings?

Hi. Just sat down on this table. All I knew was that this guy was up $70. His PT #'s are 37/9/3.5Sorry couldn't convert hand. Does anyone know a place to convert Pokerroom hand histories? Tough spot to be in, But there are a broad range of hands he could play in this fashion that you are way ahead of. Im calling here gettin 2-1 on my money and see what he does on the river.
I agree, I'd call and reevaluate. Hard to lay down sets without obvious flush or straight. I don't see him holding 69 or 46.

Possible he Bluffed you on the turn if he sensed weaknes

why kings? why can't he have 77 or 88? nobody else raises with those ever?

That's the same exact line that I would take, because most people wouldn't think that you'd bet the nuts on the flop like that.
I'm guessing someone with a 39 VPIP is pretty donkish and would probably think the best move would be to slow play the set. The standard move when a lot of donks flop a set out of position is to check/call the flop and then check/raise the turn. With that said, I'm not folding my set of 5s on the river, you can see two pair here too often.
