AlphaOmega 0
I like a raise to isolate pre-flop.I usually raise the flop as well. In position this opens us up for several options, including better value for our hand if we improve, gives us the lead, and gives us the option of checking behind for a free showdown on the river. We also may have the best hand. I think we can sway the decision to a call if we have a better read on the SB though. For instance, if he is particularly passive then there can be an advantage to just calling and trying to improve within our odds.Turn is a clear value bet. There are less hands out there to beat you now since we know that 2 of the nines are in the deck. I think it would be more interesting is you were facing a bet up front on this turn card. I'd probably fold if SB bet.

I'd probably fold if SB bet.Easy fold barring a read that he will stop and go with air.---------As for the way the hand played out.Easy bet on the turn, force gut shots to pay.The question is, what do we do if c/r by SBIf he just calls, do we value bet a blank river?- Zach
screech 0
I like it. Easy fold barring a read that he will stop and go with air. What if he stops n go's with a 7 because you probalby don't have a 9? Or how about something like TT? We're ahead of alot that beats air. We have the odds to draw to anything besides a set or 9x.Plus he's a donkey. He plays weird.
