hire a guy with a taser to hide and wait for your kid to go on party poker....then zzzzzzzzz! If that doesnt work, send the kid to one of those survival boot camps where they make run till you vomit then eat the vomit.

I don't understand the question...is it your account? change the password. You don't want or need an account? Delete the program. You can probably ask Party to not accept an account from your IP, or email address. My strongest suggestion is get some control over the kid...there's worse things out the than poker.

Find out Party Poker's IP addresses and block all of them with your Firewall. Or get a Port Blocker and block the ports that Party Poker uses. Solution 2: This is the probably the best one. Make sure Party Poker is in your My Documents folder. If it isn't, uninstall it and then re-install it to that folder. Then, create a Limited Account for your son and give him his own name and password. So once he uses his own account, he won't be able to play on Party Poker because you need Administrative priviledges to run Party Poker. At least, I think so. A limited account gives him almost no access to anything really. I'm not sure he's even able to download stuff on that account but he should be able to surf the net and access his own my documents folder. But he won't be able to access your my documents folder because that folder belongs to you. Look up "Limited Account" on Google or Yahoo to find out how to do it. It's pretty simple actually.or Solution 3:Just change the password on your Party Poker account. Unless he knows how to get the new one.

i wanna know how i can block party poker from my computer other than using restricted sites, my kid keeps gettin in and he knows how to access the site even after i restrict it, any insight would help
explain using your computer is a privledge and if he cant abide by your rules/wishes not to play there then he will not be allowed to use it at all. Password protect the computer and lock it when your not there. Good luck.

It sounds to me like you need to sit down and actually be a PARENT. After all, that is what you are isn't it?Blocking access to something bad from your child, even though they still want it, is hardly the right thing to do. If you find out your kid is drinking are you going to go around and ask everyone who sells it to not sell it to your child? Seriously, this is why kids are out of control today. No one wants to be a parent anymore.

If he knows how to unrestrict the access, then he knows how to get anything else; ie: download any poker software. If he's accessing your account then you should obviously change your password. You might also consider changing the emial PW thats linked to your account.Ultimately, your question is too vague. You cant stop him from playing poker; trying to do so will only fuel his determination and you'll end up running in circles. If poker is the "problem" then you need to let him play but under supervision. I would recommend setting aside 1 hour a night (example) for the both of you to play it together; all the while you need to reiderate to him the responsibilities that come with playing the game.

Install a program like Net Nanny. This will probably stop most sites, but not all sites, but the nice thing about it is that it is constantly updated with new site info, and you don't have to do crap to it.-

What is he doing playing online poker? Let him know that the internet is primarily used to surf for porn. Buy him a vat of lotion and give him a head start on his favorites list of good porn sites....That should do it.
