DoughBoy 0
Thanks for coming over to wackbag and posting. During and after the interview, my image of you (being an avid poker player and fan, I know who you are and have a little background info on you) was very positive. After reading your initial posts on the subject, however I was hurt, a bit angry, and had some pretty harsh words for/about you.Hurt, because you're putting down a show that I've been a loyal fan of for the last 6 or 7 years and angry because, as I saw it, you were a phony on the air and threw a post-show celebrity temper tantrum because nobody knew who you were(compounded by what I can only assume you took as a personal attack). With your last post, I can take a little bit more of a rational look at this situation. I had some tough words for/about you in my post on wackbag, yet after reading this last post from you I see a little bit more of the situation from your perspective.I can see how you would be caught off guard by the nature of the show if you're not familiar with it and put into a state of shock to just 'roll with the punches'. The show is based on a gonzo-type of radio. Off-the wall stuff that has shock value and is funny because of how awful it is *sometimes*, other times they're talking about the random things that you'll find on any other program in the nation. If the 'brand of humor' that the O&A show is based on isn't your cup of tea, then so be it.The only thing I ask (and I'm nobody, just some nameless/faceless ass on the 'net) is that you call into the show and clear things up. Explain your feelings and if you still don't like the show, then so be it. Don't be the guy who gets pissed off because someone dissed you and not confront him about it, only make some post on the net.You never know, you might end up becoming a friend of the show. O n A Fan 0
Your getting a lot of love on wackbag after your post, Daniel. I sense a call-in in the future!
wingsfan 0
LMAO. Did anyone else catch this over on that other board? It is a valid question..."I do have a poker question for you. During the WSOP last year, there's a swedish guy, I think his name is Andersen, that stands up and yells after every card when he goes all in. Is there a rule that you can't punch him in the face? What would happen if someone starting duking it out right there at the table? Do you forfeit your chips?"
funkyworms 0
Joe Rogan is a talentless hack who has somehow managed to subsidize a now defunct comedy career by hosting (poorly) Fear Factor and The Man Show. I use the word 'comedy' very loosely here because if you have ever heard his stand-up album you know that's not exactly the right word. 'Bombing'; 'awkwardness': these are the words that come up when thinking about Joe Rogan's comedy. I feel sorry that Daniel had to endure this guy's bit.
tmiesen359 0
rogan was on the man show, and he took it down with him. being a teenager, the man show was absolutely hilarious, but when rogan and the other guy took over, it got whacked. i think it might have been due to segments such as "doug's mom reviews porn." what a waste of a good show. as for fear factor, that is pretty self explanatory in a few words : cow rectum
Reyalsnik 0
Thank you for addressing this with us! Hope to hear you on the show again soon.
OpiesBadColon 0
Hey Dick, You play cards for a living, you're lucky anyone cares enough about you to have you on a radio show. Unfortunately for you, more people heard that show than the handful of fans that you draw. So next time if someone says something that offends you maybe you should stand up for yourself instead of being a pus. And keep your hat on. You have the hair of a cancer patient. Dick Danger 0
Actually the O&A show can be entertaining, and you did seem to be laughing along while Rogan was making an ass of himself. The main problem are these whack bag douches that think O&A give a rat about anything they think.

O&A might use 1 or 2 things from the forum every once in awhile, but if you talk to wackbaggers you'd think they are in the show prep room with those guys. funny how no one called in a strike too, but yet a couple straglers came over here just because they have nothing better to do with their life.
