What is the most you have ever won in a ring game when there was a max buy in?what was your biggest win, and how did you play once you had the table covered by a large amount?I'm interested in talking about changes in strategy when you have say 150 bucks, on a 25 buy in table.

I played the 5/10 NLHE at Seneca Niagara once. I started at 1/2 with 100, got stuck 100, then regained and brought that up to 900+ in about 4 hours. I moved to the 5/10 and doubled that. I had a bit more than the rest at that point. It was my first time at that level, so I was in uncharted territory. I pretty much bullied as much as possible, trying not to allow any draws to hit and made anohter 300 or so. Not too bad i think. It was fun, and great practice for the next time.

Had 3189 at a 1/2 table once, won a 2000 dollar pot at 1/2 once, and 2,000 stack at 2/4. Here is the picture of me with 3000 at 1/2. Even when I had 1.5K to 2K people didn't believe me at all. It was incredible. I mean I can see thinking someone might have illegitamely accumulated like 600-800 at a 1/2 but 3K..come on.3100.JPG

Damn, that's serious. How do you change your play at that point? Do you limp with any hand that can flop big? Change the amount of our raises? Or do you just keep playing your normal game?Obviously you're going to bully a little bit more, but how much?

Actually I just played my game as usual and pushed REALLY REALLY hard against people that are stupid, which is my normal strategy anyway. I still didn't complete the blind with like 4 9 off and 3 10 suited and stuff, so I guess i didn't really use my stack at all lol, unless I had a hand. I just waited till heros got top pair and bet my hands ridiculously, no one believed me.

I bought in a 1/2 NL game for a 100, hit the sickest rush of cards ever and cashed out for just over a grand.  In a live game even.
did the same thing at 1 2 nl at caesars indiana....sat with 200 left with 1800 (moved to 2 5 nl few hours into it though)

Funny, the one time I played at Ceasar's in Indiana, I was watching some guy at the 1/2 or 2/5 NL table play, and he had a mountain of chips, and I mea a mountain.....they were playing 3 handed at the end of the night, and he just dominated. Finally he got up and left at around 4 in the morning. It was sometime last summer, was that you? :club:

I've had nice $1500-$2000 wins at a $300 max buy-in $2/$5 NL game, but the absolute best was about 5 years ago playing a $3/$6 limit game. I bought in for $100 and cashed out $1800. I thought 18 racks was pretty good. Took about 6 hours.

This is off topic, but is there any freeware available for taking screenshots you would recommend, or is there something that I don't know about that I already have on WinXP?

Playing 5/10 at Resorts in Indiana and I worked a $500 buyin up to $1250 only to end up around $575. While I was playing a kid was getting smacked with the deck (hitting all his draws, flopping 2 pair, etc..) and ended up cashing out about $4500 from a $200 buy-in (The minimum).

in the bahamas with the 1/2 nl games i hear that every table you will see at least 3 people stacked over 1000. that is how loose the play is there. 4-5 way preflop all-ins are commonplace. standard raises are usually to absurd increments like 30. 15x the big blind.
