I did my best to support FCP, being Daniel's site, but from my experience, the management of this poker room is atrocious. My qualms exist in the realm of withdrawals. After depositing $100 on 1/8 I turned the roll into just over 1500 I attempted successfully to withdraw $500 through nexum. That withdrawal arrived the next day after I completed the very extensive ID verification process. On 1/21 I requested to withdraw the remainder of the account, $1394 through nexum, just like the last time. I kept close track of the deposit's progress as the last one had arrived so quickly but as of 2/1, the eighth business day, I had not received the money. When I consulted the phone support staff I was informed, for the first time in my daily communications with them, that because my withdrawal request was so large it could take an indefinite time for it to be processed. I was advised to cancel my request and request smaller withdrawals in the range of $500. Despite this seemingly silly advice I complied and requested two withdrawals of $500 each on 2/2. As of yet neither of the requests have been completed and it is now 17 days since I have attempted to make a second withdrawal and the support staff in live chat and over the phone have been equally inept at providing answers as to why FCP continues to hold my money. In order to get my first withdrawal processed I had to jump through hoops, but now I just feel as if there is a brick wall between me and my money. Daniel Negreanu expressed that he wanted this poker room to be one of the most competitive, but I believe at this point that the managament of FCP are failing this objective. Keeping loyal and winning players is surely a way to cultivate a reliable following, but with the difficulty I have had in withdrawing my winnings I don't believe I will ever make a deposit in to this Chinese finger trap of a poker room.I only hope that other players have had better experiences than I.

On a somewhat related topic, why did you deposit in the first place and why would you want to leave? You put money on the site to see how it fared, you wound up with 13x what you started with in a month and you're withdrawing your money? clearly you found a niche that works, why take the cash and go?

Really. 100 to 1500 in about half a month is incredible. Dare I say, unbelievable. So much so that some might say you were exagerating a bit... Why the hurry to leave?

Despite its shear unbelievability, I indeed did cash out 1500 from my final B-roll and still had 100 left in there for the occasional Negreanu Open. The primary reason for wanting to cash out was that the deposit bonus was used up. I found that I could play on Hollywood Poker in the exact same cash games ( by way of the pokerroom/FCP/Hollywood network) against the same players who I was so successful against before. In addition I could reap their deposit bonus. I will say that after all the hassle Bob, "FCPinfo", came through and made sure I got my money in the fastest way he could ensure. I thank him for that and taking care of a charter member in distress. My advice to other players looking to withdraw their winnings is to use Neteller if you have it or just request a check. As for Hollywood Poker I didn't like their setup as good as FCP but the games were just as juicy.
