elnino 0
heywhy does it seem that there is less and less said about howard lederer. is he taking it easy from poker for a while, i noticed that he is playing the 200,000 guarenteed on ft on the 12th, but it seems that he has been a phantom for the last whilei only bring this up because of beal in vegas and last time he was a huge player in that gamethanks
No_Neck 0
maybe he likes those paychecks VS the ups and downs of pro poker?
SuitedHooks 0
howard is very smart with his money, yes he is loaded, but he just doesn't like to travel all over the place putting up 10k every event plus travel expenses....he usually sticks to the wsop and online for ftp, you may find him at an occasional tournament every now and then but dont expect to ever see howard traveling around....he also is a big family guy.... custom36 5
It could be because he plays cash games.Just a thought.
elnino 0
daniel rarely mentions him in the 'big game', so if he sticks to cash games does anyone know what limits he is playing?
pwoblo 0
he has said that he is not playing super high limit cash games. He is focusing on tournaments, and he has said that it would take a while for him to get back into the cash game mindset.
Rstutsky 0
i don't think the 10k for event fees is really valid reasoning as to why you don't see him a lot. i would suspect that fulltilt would be paying for a lot of his entry fees in exchange for him representing the site. mosley 0
isn't he also one of the pros who boycott the WPT?
SuitedAces21 2,729
Howard is focusing on the business aspect of poker while the current boom is still rpofitable for the known player. When this era ends, I forsee him once again focusing on the biggest side games.
