bcook823 0
A read on the BB would help, but without one here is what I would do/thinkOn the flop he makes a 1/3 pot bet, and I'd be asking myself is this guy the type that would just bet right out with a made hand? No matter what my "answer" to that question may be, I'd consider mucking right here. On the turn, if I had called the small flop bet, I'd check as you did. Then you get a bet and a raise. I just couldn't call. You may be getting out played, I'd be willing to take that risk. Could've been drawing stone dead.On the river, which I would have never seen, I can't understand why you would lead out. Then the guy who has had the lead the whole way, has now min raised you. The cutoff had either the naked Ah or a set of 8's probably. I'd say the BB had a very small flush.
Pancake407 0
why wouldnt I lead on the river? I took the lead on the turn.
Scott3705 0
I hate that little bet onthe flop. We kinda hafta peel one card. I wish he had just bet atleast 2bbx's and we could have folded and moved on.on the turn, Probably like the C/R more than leading here.1. Leading probably keeps it from going check check and letting a pair or 4th heart hit the river. But it exposes us to getting raised for a big amount.2. I think the C/ring instead of leading kept the pot small for you which is a good thing. 3. I'm almost prone to just calling here with a bet and a raise. We have a lot of showdown equity, but if this pot gets big, then we are definately beat.River, I agree that since you've taken the lead on the turn, you should lead the river. call the min bet. You know you're beat, but you can't let people see you folding with those types of odds on the river.
