Ya know, I was wondering for a while there why I had been here and posting less and less...question answered. Hope all is well with those here that I care about.
Hey Mike,How have you been man? I too found myself postingless and less, till I found the greatness that is the off topicforum. Hardly any of these type of trash threads, and oneof the best moderators on FCP keeping it in order. Checkit out sometime. On a side note, I'm coming to Toronto in mid-february beeeyotchand we are goin drinking...lol. Get ready.

anybody got a good recipe for meatloaf?
I do. Check your PM's.Also, for a little extra flavor, you can use little chunks of cheddar cheese throughout the meatloaf. Makes it a little more unhealthy, but very tasty.
sounds yummyI have my own recipe too. Includes sausage and peppers. I love meatloaf.

Don't be afraid to substitute the Ketchup for some Bullseye or another of your favorite B-B-Q sauces and if ya like it a little spicy, there's tons of good hot sauces out there, just take your pick!! 8)

2 lb. ground beef 1-1/2 cupsShredded Cheddar Cheese 1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs 1/4 cup milk 1/4 cup Thick 'N Chunky Salsa 1 egg, lightly beaten 1 clove garlic, minced PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Mix all ingredients until well blended. SHAPE into loaf in 9x5-inch loaf pan. BAKE 1 hour or until center is no longer pink. Remove from oven. Let stand 3 minutes before removing from pan. Cut into slices to serve.

I made a loaf this morning...not sure if there was any meat in it though.
speaking of that...I've been hungover all day :oops: because I got too drunk last night :doh: at first I thought I was gonna throw up :sick: but then I just ended up having to go :x after I ate I felt a little better :? but I will go out again tonight and do it all over 8) I actually put a lot of effort into this

What a great thread! I'm glad everyone stopped by.For meatloaf, pull the loaf out ten minutes before its complete, and brush with bbq sauce. Increase temp slightly (325 to 350) for last ten minutes. yum yum.
