... where every time you fold a hand due to pot odds the card you needed to have the virtual nuts comes off?I played Wednesday and this was my night. Had A-10. Flop comes K-Q-9. Pot is about $15, some guy fires $20 at it. I fold my 4 outs for Broadway and the Jack drops on the turn. Needless to say, both of the clowns who stayed in made hands strong enough to get into a raising war and all I could do was sit there and think about how I could have turned a $25 investment into an all-in win for $300+. Oh well.From there, just about every gutshot nut straight I folded would fill. Every flush draw I bailed on came through. It was driving me nuts!Anyway, I ended up losing only $13 on the night so it wasn't bad. And I only posted this to see if anyone else has experienced this lately. Where it seems like every single hand you fold would have been a winner if not for pot odds. I've never run into anything like this before, and hope not to again.

Never. I always make the good fold pre-flop because I can Jedi-determine which cards are coming. Nevah happen, baby.

Yes, those are the nights you either A - stop playing, and eat a sammidgeorB - You dont even pay attention to flops that you've folded.and start playing kickass pokah

I have nights like that all the time. Of course, I tend to have a lot more nights where I chase the gut shots and flush draws and they never come, but oh well.

Play 2 or more tables. Don't look at the table once you fold. Problem solved.Oddly enough, hands where I fold a gutshot on the flop and it misses outnumber the times I fold a gutshot that would have hit by about 5 to 1.
