My chat was also not working and I asked them about it and the same guy said hed take care of it. Havent heard a peep since. Kinda disappointing. Link to post Share on other sites

Kinda disappointing.Hi millerlolife, getting hand histories for a player when they don't download properly isn't a simple process and it actually isn't one that we routinely do. There isn't an automated system that our support people can call up all your hand histories. It's very labour intensive and can takemany hours. If you wished a few hand histories or specific situations we would do that but I'm sorry if you were left with the impression that we could send you a batch of hand histories because it's not something that we can do.As for your chat situation I was told by support that you were informed about that and I'll be e-mailing you to confirm that situation.
