2:1 on your money

Recommended Posts

You hear in poker players getting 2:1 on their money and as a result they make decisions based on that....so last Sunday in Stars 700K tourney they are down to 5 players with 5th place paying $50K and first paying $220K, they all agree to chop for roughly 100K each..The question is why settle for $100K when you are getting over 2:1 on your money to continue to play for first place of 220K?
