Mercury69 3
OK, so yesterday I buy into two small $ tourneys, a $5 rebuy and Frenzy. In BOTH tourneys I was disconnected at least a dozen times, once when I was about to put the hammer down on a 35K pot with my AK. Regardless of the BS of missing hands and betting sequences, it's extremely tiresome to have to deal with this crap. I don't get dq'd at ring games or SnG's and it's not all tourneys that give me this problem. It flat out sucks donkey balls to have to put up with this crap. Sure, sure, maybe it's my ISP! Oh, wait! ALL of my other internet functions work properly, page loading, dl'ing, etc. Could it be because I have my e-mail or a web page browser open? If so, that's total crap on your end, FCP, for having programmed very poor memory management.Anyway, I so effing sick of this stupidity, I'm quitting this site. I think Daniel's a cool guy and I wish him all the best, but I cannot bear the frustration of, get this, ALMOST 30 DISCONNECTS DURING FRENZY last night. I finished around 50th for 30 frickin' dollars, but I'm sure I would have done better had I not had my patience whittled down by the continuous disconnect BS, not to mention getting screwed out of that big-ass pot, among other stupid little mishaps. One more thing...a couple of weeks ago I got some "free" money deposited into my account. I was going to work it on the ring games, but I never got a chance because it disappeared!!! WTF is that crap? This site is effing screwed up and has many bugs. Fix the frickin' thing. the way things are now, I won't be coming back. Some people are goign to say "Who the eff are you?" Well, I'm a customer who is pissed and that ought to be good enough to get some FRICKIN' SATISFACTION, NO?!?!Mercury69Soon to be Ex-member of FCP, which is unfortunate because I like the tourney selection and the look of the software, but it's RIDDLED WITH BUGS. If you're having technical problems in a tournament it would help greatly for those details to be passed on to us so that we can pass on the information to the Network to try and diagnose where the problem is.As for your free money I think I know what you're referring to and nothing has disappeared. Again please send me an e-mail with what you recall of the details and I can look into it.

If you want to provide any details about this feel free to e-mail me at info@fullcontactpoker.com.
Mercury69 3
I'm talking multiple dq's in MTT tourneys. to the best of my recollection, I have not had a problem with ring games or SnG's and only a few dq's on qualifiers where there's less than 5 tables.BTW, it warrants mentioning that Cutomer Service has been very accomodating during this whole thing. While the "bug" hasn't been pinpointed, I am very pleased with the attention this issue is getting. Kudos to all you in Support!
