digitalmonkey 929
I'm on Ultimate Bet friday night and I'm watching some of the players I usually watch play; jsup, P0kerH0, WestTexasMan, etc...and I'm giving them an update on the LA Poker Classic...monkeyman1968(obs): David Pham is out...monkeyman1968(obs): Doyle Brunson is out...monkeyman1968(obs): Phil Hellmuth just kicked off the table for 20 minutes...and then ...monkeyman1968(obs): Paul Darden is out...followed immediately by...PaulDarden(obs): DamnThe whole table was loling. I then updated Paul and why Hellmuth was on a 20 minute vacation (he dropped the f-bomb twice). Paul found it very funny.I just thought it was kinda neat!Yeah, I said neat! Frills 0
Stories like this are one of the reasons I enjoy poker so much. We need a thread of all the crazy/hilarious stuff that happens at the tables.

Suited_Up 2
Anyone see the World Poker Championship on TV today?Hellmuth was getting owned. He had AK, raised, and got re-rasied all-in... by AQ. Phil of course makes his patented big laydown and shows it, then flips out when he shows the AQo. LOLFew hands later... Phil has QQ... Limps in... Rag Flop... Other guy bets into him with JQ.. Phil calls. K comes on the turn. He bets into Phil again... Phil lays it down again... Shows it again. I really don't think Phil cares about winning.. Pretty sure he just wants to play so he can show how huge his laydowns are. Even last night I saw the same tourney from a few years earlier.... He folded a hand, and said, Hey, can I keep this one aside and show it after the hand? He didn't though, because he probably would have won... but if he folded the 2nd best hand, you can be sure he'd flip it up to show his great laydown.
