bengy3 0
That was very disappointing for me. I feel like I should have done a lot better. I should have prepared more, and I wasn't as focused as I would have liked to have been. I tried really hard, but my game wasn't there for the entire time. I've got no one to blame but myself.http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/poker/colum...zine&id=2304268

bm99 0
If your point is that Phil should not be complaining about doing so well, you have to understand Phil Ivey. He was the best player left at that point and had a good size stack. He misplayed a hand that he did not need to commit himself that much with and that cost him the tourney. I know he misplayed a hand that cost him, but didn't know he wasn't focused throughout the tournament. To do as well as he did without his 'A' game is crazy.

I think it shows the quality of the person Phil must be.

doublemeup 0
I loved the article. Thanks for the link. Phil's an interesting guy. I think he might have a future in poker if he keeps his head on straight and keeps bangin that hot piece of ass AKA his wife.
TheCinciKid 0
I call a boolsheet...three hundred grand means something to every body.Did you read the interview?? He was talking about playing Chinese Poker with Barry Greenstein on airplane flights and how that game could have couple hundred thousand swings. Phil Ivey could care less about winning 300k when he has a chance at 7 Million and a title. It's the equivialent of me buying into a $10 tournament and cashing for 30 bucks. Yeah, it's nice to cash, but 30 bucks doesn't mean much to me. I want to the win.
