Had dinner at Grand Lux Cafe(seared Ahi Salad and Bananna chocalate bread pudding with whiskey sauce both very good) Stayed away from the poker room and played house games lost $300. Got propositioned by a super hot black prostitute before I even got started playing and politely declined.Day 2: In n Out burger for lunch. some more -ev gaming. Played the 7pm nightly at the Venetian got to the final table, 7 handed a woman pushes over the top of a early position raiser, I wake up with KK in the bb and insta call she has A9, ace on turn gg me got $499 for 7th, 1st was about $3300. The pot was for about 250k chips which was about a third of the chips in play. The same woman layed a sick beat on me for a good chunk of my stack when we were down to 14. I had QQ she had A9 again. I hit a third queen on the flop she caught a 9 and it went runner runner ace sigh. Left the poker room at about 1 after getting KOd and ate at the noodle bar (Shrimp dumplings and shrimp noodles with spicy sauce, awesome). Got drunk and tilted off some more cash at house gamesDay 3: Still tilted from the tourney from the moment I woke up. Had lunch at Delmonicos(NY steak, Caesar Salad, Chocolate Brioche bread pudding it was good but I expected more out of Delmonicos) played some cash games for a small loss. Got drunk and went looking for that hooker from the first night, no luck passed out ealry then woke up and had a bag of chips and a coke from the mini bar at a cost of $15Day 4: Made a decision early in the morning that spending $550 on the Wynn tourney wasnt such a good idea and decided to play the Wynn 7pm second chance tourney for $225 instead. Lunch at Emerils fish house at the MGM(lobster bisque, cornmeal crusted redfish on top of seafood jambalaya with some butter suace, bannana cream pie, incredible all of it maybe the best meal I have ever had) played the 7pm at the Wynn and busted first hour when I thought I read a guy for having a high flush draw when I only had a pocket pair of tens. I wasnt dissapointed at all, my reasoning was sound with the visual evidence I had so I was actually happy with my play. Went to BLT Burger at the mirage for dinner(Kobe beef slider Trio, Sweet potato fries with chili spice, 2 pints of Guiness, Oustandin my second best meal this trip. expensive for burgers though $40 for my meal)Day 5: Played the very good Noon tourney at the V. Made the money($232) but not much further 16th out of 189 I believe. I played much worse this tourney as compared to the one on my second night but got some good hands at the right time, I made a horrible call on the bubble for about half my stack when I raised from the button with KQs the BB shoves and I call and lose to AK. Then shortstacked shoved KJ after the money bubble was gone and got called by AA...lol. More drinking and gamblinThen woke up today had breakfast and flew back to Bellingham and drove home 5 hours into a blizzrd. sigh back to reality. Happy with my tourney performance with 2/3 cashes but I just cant to seem to get a win in Vegas. Link to post Share on other sites

Well I just about wiped out my account betting the fights last night so I only had 70 dollars left. So I transferred it over to the casino part and starte playing progressive bj. Well I played the $1.20 sidebet that pays you based on aces well my first 4 cards in one hand were all aces so I just shipped $3000. weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeerun better imoAlso, I'm a Vegas n00b. About how much should I expect to bring when I go out in May for non poker activities? I'll be there for about five days during the WSOP. I plan on probably eating out a lot and definitely doing some roller coaster/sight seeing type stuff as well as probably go to a few clubs. Flight/lodging is already taken care of so, yeah. Flight/lodging is already taken care of so, yeah. Any ideas?I ussually allow $125 a day for non poker/gambling. I eat ussuually 1 expensive meal and 1 moderate meal a day. If you want to eat cheap you can lower that number signifigantly. Vegas is pricey. In most casinos if your drink isnt comped for playing expect to pay $5-8 per drink. Clubs are ridiculas with the average cover about $20 and the cheapest drinks in $10 range. The coaster at NYNY is about $12 and the rides at the Strat are about $25 to ride all 3 and to get to the top of the Stratosphere. Hvaent been on the one at Sahara but its probally $10 or so. I have to transfer back to the sportsbook and there is a 1300 cap on how much I can transfer. Then they want me to send a copy of my cc, a cc bill, a second non cc bill, a copy of picture ID and a signed form. I guess I got to hook up that printer/scanner I got for Christmas 2 years ago.
