They are $20+2 and they guarntee 5 spots, last nite I played in the one at 9:50 and there were only 27 people, talk about an overlay, and it was pretty easy. troyomac 0 Posted January 22, 2006 Share Posted January 22, 2006 do you guys who play in these big tournies (i'm talking 200+) have a really huge bankrol? or do you normally satellite into these? i only ask because i can only dream of having a big enough roll to play these every week...every now and again i satellite into one of them, but i don't try too often.My bankroll's only about 3500 right now (downswing + tuition). But, I've had a nice week (took 5th in the Bodog 7500 guaranteed) and since I normally play 5/10, $100 is only 10 BB's.thanks, was just wondering. i just read this week that for a MTT bankroll you're supposed to have 100-200 buyins. so i was wondering if some of you are actually working with 20,000 bankrolls, or if you're just taking chances every now and again. i just built my bankroll up over the past couple of months, to where i'm confidently playing single table tourneys between 30 and 50. so every couple of weeks i try a single table satellite (27 bucks) to get in the pokerstars 500K guarenteed. hopefully i'll be seeing some of you guys in those real soon (fingers crossed!)
