comp question

Recommended Posts

ok, awhile ago, i lost power in my apt building. since then, my speakers and my printer do not work. i have a sony vaio that was only 2 years old at the time. i have dealt with this for waaaay too long, just wondering if anyone has any suggestions. also, if i need to get a new comp, what kind could i get for cheap that does basic things, nothing fancy or its way out of my league. i have a nice flat screen moniter as well, can i use it with any tower, or does it have to be sony? i really do like my comp, just dont know much about them and i like to keep it simple, so technical terminology is beyond me. any help is appreciated. thanks!

I'm sure your monitor works with anything that's not prehistoric. I don't know what it could be.Try the dell sale coming up.

If you buy a new comp use the Student discount cause they have no way of checking your student id. I know you get the discount on dell and apple stuff. It may save you a few hundred bucks depending on what you buy
