scottyno 0 Posted December 30, 2005 Share Posted December 30, 2005 i decided I wanted to put $50 on party poker and try to roll up a decent sized bankroll playing blackjack because its fun. I told myself I was only going to play $1 a hand until I got to $100. So i start off, get up to like 70 or something and take a break. come back, lose 20, and then decide i need to move up to $2 a hand to get it back. i get it back and a bit more and end up with about 85 or so. then i come back for a 3rd session and lose $20 playing $2 a hand, so of course I decide to move up to $3 and $4, I lose a couple hands, I move up to $5 and $10, have a little run to make a bit back, but of course lose like 4 hands in a row and im bust.donk down, help me cure my degenerate tendencies so this doesnt happen again, i was actually doing well for awhile just playing $1 and $2 a hand until i tilted away the rest of my roll, how can i keep from doing this again. While it can sometimes be entertaining in a casino why would you want to throw around $ online in a game that you're expected to lose $ in. Link to post Share on other sites

A couple of weeks ago i played on pp and was taking beats everywhere 1/2 no limit cash game, everywhere from 20 to 50 dollar tourneys, in one day i lost like 200 and change on beats alone.So then my buddy called and was having a party, went over there got hammered, went to the bar and got hammered.Woke up th next day, hungover and wanting to play some poker logged on tried to sit down at a 20 sng and had insufficent funds, looked at my account and had, $3.20, when the night before i had 534.Called support and said i thought someone had hacked my account, no turns out at 4 am est, i played blackjack blacked out and lost all my $, dont know why i left myslef 3.20, but i am an idiot just like you, im sure u didnt lose over 500 on f.ucking rigged internet blackjack like i did, so u arent the biggest dumbass in the world, i am.sorry for the long post and flame away cause i deserve it Link to post Share on other sites
