Wow! That was so shady. DN def hit and run on that, I think he needs to stop taking breaks, DC always comes out blazing after the breaks. DC seems super mad about DN just leaving unannounced. DN certainly isnt concerned with poker ethic involving DC after Dc asked for the reload I take it.

Haha, I LOVE IT! DN took my advice on this one...

quick, make a comment using dirtclod, freaking hilarious beans :D:club:
dirtclod got worked over more than Annie Duke at the beauty parlor...my personal favorite now is Dishcloth.... LOL
lol, I like that. DN, everytime DC says rag doll, just type dishcloth, that would be so freaking funny!

i dont think DC realizes that while 500/1k is a huge deal for him and basically his life currently to DN these heads up matches aren't overly important to him.
I think you are way off base here. When was the last time DN played poker 3 days in a row? He's treating this like the big game and it has him all pumped up. I think he just wanted to do something unethical to get under DC's skin before they go at it again at a later date. He's pullin out all the stops, as DC was running extremely well when DN quit him.

They played for a decent amount of time. No where in poker does it say you have to allow another player a chance to win his money back. While leaving steamed DC it is not unethical and I assure you DC's ego will never turn down a match with DN no matter how many times DN leaves early.

When the momentum shifts it is often best to quit or take a break. This much is pretty obvious. Its about making smart decisions that will make you $.Yea DN has played him over three straight days but overall they havent gone on for that long and i'm sure DN leaving early today is another indicator that he has something more important to do.

I think you're probably a little off base here, sluggo.Well over an hour isn't really a hit and run, and it's certainly not unethical. I really don't think it's being treated anything like the Big Game. The Big Game isn't a cricus show with a bunch of young, wet behind the ears, punks running their mouth when they get down 50 big bets, or when they get up 30.

I'm not arguing that it is against the rules, only that it is considered unethical which it is! They played for about an hour, with a 10 minute break, ahd played maybe 15 mins after the break and DN quit him seemingly because DC was on a huge rush and this would tilt DC. DN knew it was unethical, that's why he did it, imo. To give DC a taste of his own medicine...did you see the psychological warfare comment? Clearly DN knew what he was doing is frowned upon! I don't see how you can argue otherwise, and apparently you left the argument about these matches not being important to DN, because they obviously are. I like DN, and if the only reason you are arguing with me is because I posted something seemingly unfavorable thats crazy! I think it's funny what he did to DC, but it was inentionally unethical, in my opinion

I meant he was treating it like the big game with the importance, his blogs have been about DC and the young internet limit players, just as when he is playing the big game that is what he writes about, this match definitely carries some weight to DN.

I think you nailed it on this one. DN I think has this whole match planned out and this was jus one of his tactics he is using in the phycological game.

Total Hands Played: 2057  Result: +48,842.50
LOL. Please someone tell me that this isn't part of the psychological warfare too!? I love what DN is doing. As for the earlier comment that DN had to quit to do other important things...I guess that falls under post results of match on his site :club: Absolutely brilliant DN! Good luck in the future matches.
