Smacciemac 3
Jacque will be going back in for additional eye surgery next week. The last surgery didn't "take", and she has another hole in her retina. This time it will require her to recover by spending 4-5 days doing nothing but laying face down.Good Luck to your wife with that. The laying face down thing etc.. is the exact same thing my Dad had to do. He was miserable. I am crossing my fingers that she has a better end result than my Dad. So after the game I flipped on this show Beauty and the Geek. (why I don't know)Never seen it before. These women are complete morons.I was watching it to.. I kinda wanted to punch a few of them in the face for being such morons..Where are Sharon and Chris and Scott? I take a couple weeks off and my morning crew disappears!Stop. Showertime!Sorry.. I am still trying to get my voice back.. Plus I have recently been Re-addicted to World of Warcracftyou smell the gas sharon? I never thought i'd ever say those words! ?? Smacciemac 3
headline news says major gas smell covering manhattanI didn't smell anything when I left the house this morning. That is pretty unusual considering the distance to NY if it is that heavy of a smell.. I also apparently didn't read about it yet. lol

dms26 3
Meh, easy fold if he bets...a steal attempt that didn't work, why throw good money after bad.You tell me: What hand could he have that he calls with preflop that doesn't have us dominated? KTs? When I'm playing, i don't feel the need to win every single hand. If he has garbage and bluffs at us on our flop check, i say well played and move on...But i just can't put him on a preflop hand that he's gonna fold to our CB...You never c-bet the flop OOP if you raise preflop against 1 player? You're losing alot of value and smallish pots that can help you a ton in tournies. 9-8-3 isn't a particularly scary flop, the only bad part is the villain committed such a large % of his chips preflop. He probably has a good hand but there is also a chance his good hand missed the flop. Some players might fold a good ace there. Also like I said earlier it doesn't have to work very often to be successful, but it does look like you either have nothing or a monster. It's not really about what may have had us dominated preflop, it's what he call call us with after that flop.I agree you shouldn't feel the need to win every pot you play but you'd become pretty predictable to a decent player if you check/fold every time you miss a flop. I love those type of players.

For Example, this is how google works (Much like how NOTHING ever works for sharon on this planet! )1. Incoming request for web news2. Is the requestor Sharon?3. If Yes, Give her yesterdays news.4. If No, Give them todays news.5. Send News

Painter567 0
Tom "ChuckySty" Rau had all his chips in the middle on a board of 448 and a player contemplating a call. But after telling Rau he had a few too many chips out there to make the call an easy one he tossed his cards in and ChuckSty raked the pot

In that spot I'm not going to say check-folding is bad, I think if any mistake was made it was the preflop raise bloated the pot more than I'd like. A 3K pot when the blinds are 150/300 isn't really that small IMO.
