FCPHA: Big Table in the Back

Recommended Posts

Bummer, Logan. Raquel, You're probably on your way to Miami. Have a safe and fun trip. I got your card last night. Thank you very much. For everyone else's enjoyment, Raquel wrote "Sheepfucker" under my address on the card and wrote, "Hi Brent" on the inside.

I'm about to drink wine and eat french fries. Gourmet.edit: Yep...I liked my own post.

I'm back in the land of cold weather, wind, and snow. I left CA on a day it reached 90 degrees and arrived in Anchorage to 12 degree weather, caught a plane to Unalaska where it was 34 with 2 inches o

That's something we have to deal with several times a winter.
The total average snowfall for Indy is only 27 inches for the year, so let's not get out of hand saying you get over a foot several times per year.Just sayin'...

WTF Big Alin?
....................
I love my Garmin a lot. If I could use it as a vibrator, I'd totally have sex with it. It's that awesome.
That sounds like a whole new genre of porn.I'd search for it on youporn.
Turn/Move right 2 millimeters in 3 seconds .....
Ya see ... The garmin is a direction finder, you put in where you want to go and it takes you there ......Logan made a porn comment ....I turned the porn comment/direction finder into a combined joke about the Garmin being able to find the female G spot by giving directions on where it's at....Sigh, yeah, that was retarded once I thought it out moreGo F yourself.

RIFdidn't say that, the plows come down the street after a snow and easily pack more than a foot of snow at the front of my driveway

For anyone who has kids: Santa will send them a personalized message, including photo, very cool:http://portablenorthpole.sympatico.msn.ca/home
This was cute. I'm not sure Conner was convinced, but it did make him think when he saw his picture and when Santa knew he wanted a video game.

apparently this is week old news, but havent been around much, pretty cool ......Pokerstars going for Guiness World RecordDecember 17, 2008Pokerstars have announced that on Sunday 28th December 2008, they are going to attempt to hold the largest ever online poker tournament. It will run at 8.30pm GMT or 15.50 ET and be an $11 Buy-in.To attract players they have GUARANTEED a $500,000 prize pool for the event. Pretty impressive for an $11 buy-in. They have said that the game will be 10-handed tables and 10 minute levels, meaning a bit of a crap shoot in our opinion, but someone has to win it.The one great thing is that the maximum number of entrants is 35,000 meaning a $150,000 overlay! We recommend getting yourself registered as early as possible to avoid disappointment. As this is being written, there are already 1300 players entered for a tournament that is still two weeks away. The original record was also held by Pokerstars, but it looks as though they are trying to smash it to pieces here and send a message out to all the other online poker sites. If you want to register it’s tournament id : 126551369.Make sure you are a part of history and have a chance to win some serious money. We’ll probably see you on the virtual felt.

I meant to post this yesterday, but I forgot. This was the truck I learned on and my first vehicle.
Mine was a 1978 Toyota Corolla.. shit brown.. It was a stick shift. My Dad.. ironically enough took me to the cemetery also. He stopped it on a hill, put on the emergency brake, jumped out and said ok.. get up the hill. After a good hour of panicking, then screaming, then crying to finally being pissed off enough.. I no longer even had to use brakes on hills.. I was THAT good.. because of him I was able to drive anything on wheels after that.Dads R smrt

I understand what you are saying about the city not being prepared for it, but if I called and told my boss that I couldn't come in because the plows tightly packed a foot of snow in front of my driveway he would laugh and say "only a foot, see you in an hour." That's something we have to deal with several times a winter.
Yeah really.. same in NJ.. I'm climbing over plow piles to get to my car.. if I ever used that excuse I'd be fired lol lol

I expected this from someone. A foot that is fairly tightly tightly packed, but that's beside the point. We don't get a lot of snow here, thus our transportation department was woefully unprepared. Our streets are pretty solid ice. I have no problem driving in the snow/on ice - I drove around during our blizzard on Saturday, and still went to the Seahawks game on Sunday, but my car is completely stuck, and isn't getting out until some of the snow melts.
I see that around here sometimes. Our parking lot is usually full and sometimes people have to park on the street. If they're there when the plow comes through, forget about it. The snow will get piled high and rock hard and I'll drive past some cars for like 2 weeks without them being moved.

We get our share of snow, but the real brutal days are usually late Jan or Feb. This year we already had 20 inches before winter 'officially' started Dec 21.Plus another 2-3 inches last night. Worst December we've had in a while.Sidenote: Anyone see the shirtless idiots at the Bears game last night? At least they were wearing hats and gloves.......

if those people lived in Indy or New Jersey, they'd be out of jobs.
