where are we staying?
I don't know. Originally, Spicey was going to make the suggestions, I think, but I assume she's not coming, now. Henry's apartment? I'm sure we can all fit.

I'm back in the land of cold weather, wind, and snow. I left CA on a day it reached 90 degrees and arrived in Anchorage to 12 degree weather, caught a plane to Unalaska where it was 34 with 2 inches o

speaking of bars, picked up a new location last night for my poker league, going to be running 2 nights a week there which puts me at 10 games per week now over 5 nights. I'm going to be hiring a tournament director to run this new location.
Sweet.

I played in the $1,000+100 event at the Canadian Open Poker Championship in Calgary on the weekend.I made the 8-hour drive after work on Friday and arrived in Calgary at 3:00am. The tournament was scheduled to have 3 different start times at 3 casinos to accommodate the entries. I started at the first casino at noon and we only had 50 entries. Dennis Phillips was at my table and Gavin Smith was at the one next to it.Pretty uneventful first half of the tournament, stayed above average stack and made a few moves on Phillips. Then they decided to move the remaining players to the other casino to join them. We had a good 3 hour break so that they would be on the same level as us.I didn't like the long break in between and I felt I lost some momentum. Once we started playing again, Phillips went out then our table broke. I ended up moving 5 times in the next hour and didn't get any cards worth playing. I was just below the starting stack of 10,000 chips and we were at 500/1000/75, there was one kid with around the same amount of chips as me and the rest of the table was above 20k.I picked up AK in the CO and the kid was UTG, he shoved with 99 and I put all of my chips in as well.Flop was 7 A J, I was thinking this is perfect, double up and I'm in to day 2.Turn - 9. River - A, but it didn't matter. It was a fun trip, ran bad at the cash tables (lost a set over set over set for a $1200 pot), but made more money playing the table games. The kid that knocked me out ended day 1 with close to 100k in chips and ended up finishing 3rd.

I'm so excited for you and more than just a little bit jealous.
What did you call your townhouse project at one point, a "haven for men" or something of the like?Do those really have "powder rooms"?Just checking.Do I get access to the other blog, or am I too far gone and a douche? [that part'll probably always be stuck with me]
