There were a couple of head up games I wanted in on, and my money was not available to me. It was gone from my Neteller account, but not available to me in my FCP account. Not cool. Now I am concerned that I may never get the money back. Some online sites earn your trust immediatealy and get repeat business (PokerStars), some screw up the easiest transactions and make it hard on themselves.... Link to post Share on other sites

It isn't obvious that the procedure is to transfer from the cashier account but if anybody has these sort of issues please call the support team and they can walk you through it.
