fcp support please help me

I don't know which forum to put this message in, so I am just putting it in general poker. Moderators can move it if they see fit.I am asking someone at FCP support to please respond. Here is my situation:During November, I signed up to be an FCP charter member using this account. When FCP relaunched, I couldn't seem to get any information on my charter membership, so I did the FCP live chat thing to get it sorted out. I spoke to "Misha". She told me I should create a new account on FCP (which I did under the name NickGx) and she would have a manager change the status to charter member and email me the information the next morning.I never recieved this email, and after a couple days, emailed FCP support myself to try to figure out what was going on. It has been been another four days, and I have not received anything from FCP support, either as a follow-up to my chat with "Misha" or in response to my later email. Can someone "in the know" please let me know what is going on so I can sign-up for the poker site while the promotion is still running?Thanks,Nick

I got the same problem you have, doesn't say my status as Charter Member anywhere and I never received any of the e-mails either.

Good thread to post my question.I am a charter member, but I don't want to use the email address that I originally registered with anymore (my work email).I know that if I want to get charter member benefits on the new fcp poker site, I'm supposed to register using that same email address, but is there any way around this?This is the only reason I haven't registered/deposited on the poker site yet.TIA.
