I also got the e-mail for the documents which was no big deal. I e-mailed scanned copies of the requested documents the next day. Well 7 days later I have not had the funds transferred back into my fire pay account. I contacted the support at FCP, they were very nice but not helpful. I was told that FCP does not actually do the financial transcations for the company, that a company called Virtual exchange handles the money and that once FCP releases it to them it is out of there hands. So then I contacted Virtual Exchange. I was informed that my money had in fact been transferred by FCP and that they put a hold on all transfers to fire pay for 10 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My Money was sent from FCP to them on the 9th and will not be released until the 19th. When I asked who I could speak with about this they told me that I had to talk to another company called Risk Management who puts the holds on the funds. Unfortunately they are eastern standard time only and I am pacific so I can't call them until tommorow. I then called FCP back and they told me that this should not be happening and that there information indicates that my Firepay account has been credited. What a nightmare. I have used ever major online site and this has never happened. What sucks is I transfer between Firepay and my Bank account with my BR because I play live alot. It's really bugging me, and I'm starting to look like a homeless person. My problem is, that my regular hair cutter moved to a different location, and I can't find it. If I was cashing out some money, I would not want to sit there for 10 additional days waiting on it. Not that this site has any kind of reputation problem with DN backing it, its just that any new site is going to have initial problems. It is going back to the same source from which it was funded? How do i need protection from that? Also why not also PROTECT me from people putting my money into your site? Why not verify all this info when we deposit? Oh yeah cause they are trying to get our money in there siteand then make it almost impossible to get the money out?Treating players like this will cause the site to go bankrupt!I love everything about the site with the exception of the cashing out policy which is the worst one of any online site on the net.
