my interaction with fcp support (sound problems)

I contacted FCP support via email yesterday and I hve NOT recieved a response yet....I think the support crew is up for quick YET uniformed responmses. Just a thought.....

I'll take the lack of responses to mean one of the following:1) There are only a few people having this problem (allthough, every single one of my friends has it).2) Most people don't care about having sound when playing online poker.Thanks anyway.

3) support is looking into it. theyll get back to you. a million people posting "i dont have sound is of no benefit to anyone".

There's an upgraded version of the Network software coming out shortly. Hopefully this problem won't persist when it's released.

When dealing with software upgrades it's never a good idea to give an exact ETA since you never know what will pop up in testing before the software is released but it shouldn't be too long. Better later than buggy.
