KingAustin 0
Ok people, time to make a thread about weird dreams.First of all, DO NOT make up or embellish anything in your dream. Explain it exactly as you remember, if you forget a certain part then just say so.So, to start things off, here goes mine that I had this morning. It starts off where I'm having a class in my garage. 2 guy hairstylists are in the front and one has this huge hair clipper type deal. He literally prances over to me (therefore I'm assuming he's gay) and shaves off a section of my hair. I yell "WHAT THE FUCK!?" He then gives a little giggle and shaves off the rest of it. By this point I'm completely pissed off.Sometime passes, but I dont remember what happened in this section, but I start searching for the guy. I'm looking in my house and find him nude and curled up in my parent's shower. WTF?He screams when he sees me and then I run over to him and start punching/kicking the crap out of him. After that happens, I somehow get back to the classroom and everyone is saying "why the hell did you do that?" but I just keep looking at my hands and knuckles (which are bloody) and say that was totally worth it.I woke up, laughed a little bit at how weird it was, but also said wtf.Hope you enjoyed it and I can't wait to see some other weird ones. mbreon 0
I don't want to type out all of the details at this time (will do it later), but I did have the same dream every night for about 6-7 consecutive weeks. Has this ever happened to anyone else?

Maybe that's because most people forget their dreams before they even wake up, but who knows.
mbreon 0
wow, that's weird. I dont remember ever having the same dream twice at all. Maybe that's because most people forget their dreams before they even wake up, but who knows. When I was younger, I used to keep a notepad by my bed and when I woke up, if I could remember anything that I was dreaming, I wrote it down. 90% of the time I can't remember anything, but it's still interesting to go back and read every once in a while.... theresa113 0
I am a very vivid dreamer and I dream in color, which I hear is rare. (I learned that most people dream in black and white from a Tom Petty video. I asked my husband at the time why it was in black and white and he said people dream in black and white. I was confused since I always dream in color.) Anyway, I have quite a few dreams over the years that are pretty weird. However this one breaks the rule that most people state about dreams.I dreamt that I was dead. It was three weeks after my dad had died in a car accident. In my dream I was at my grave site. I was sitting on my tombstone (the old fashion granite type, we have very few graveyards like this in Florida.) Anyway, I was sitting there and my mom comes up to the grave. She is crying.. She is going on and on about how sorry she is that she didn't tell me more that she loved me and how she misses me and she just kept appologizing over and over. I kept telling her that its ok. That everything is cool and that I am fine. I kept trying to reassure her but she could not hear a word I was saying. This part seemed to go on for about 5 to 10 minutes. Then my my leaves and goes into her car. I follow her and sit on the passenger seat. I am trying to get her atttention as she is driving an crying. My more energy I try to use to get her attention, I would feel as if I was fading. Then I realized that I was fading away. Once I realized in the dream I was going to disapear, I woke up.I was 18 years old at the time of the dream. I knocked on my mom's and my step father's bedroom door and woke them up. I was crying hysterically. I was so shaken up from the dream. I always heard that you never dream that you are dead but I just did. It was so surreal.Needless to say, within a short time after this, my mom and stepdad got me into counseling to help with the lost of my dad. I also think that this dream and my reaction to the dream was a catalyst for my stepdad to stop drinking. Within a few days of this dream, he joined AA and has not had a drink since. I can't begin to tell you how proud I am of him. My dad died from a drunk driver and his death was a mirror for my entire family. Wow... long post again. Sorry about that guys. I guess it probably would have been more entertaining to talk about my dream as Mike Matusow's girlfriend, huh? ;)Theresa

Let go of your repression... beating up naked gay people is the first step toward joining them... in your parents shower. JSThe last dream I remember having involved me trying to get to work but getting side tracked by stopping to play golf, then poker in the club house followed by a threesome with two hot co-workers who were at the clubhouse instead of work for some reason. I don't remember if I got to work or not. I did get up and go to work after the dream though.Edited because speulling is herd..
KingAustin 0
lol Jadaki, I'm not gay or a gay basher, just in this dream I was, but ONLY because he shaved my head. What a douche bag.

NortonFan 0
I honestly can say that I have not remembered a dream in years. I'm going to try and remember one or something because I think it would be cool to know if I dream in color or not.
InsanityCubed 0
While most people don't do it, everyone is capable of dreaming in colour. It's one of those things that comes with better dream awareness and recollection.
princeof56k 0
One of the most recurring types of dreams I've had I call waiter-nightmares. I cant quite remember all the details of those things, but they were basically stress dreams under bizzarre conditions. Something like waiting on the entire restaurant by myself, and the kitchen was located across the street and I had to run back and forth through traffic. No two dreams were exactly alike but they all had the same stress element. The wierd thing is that I quit those types of jobs around 10 years ago (I do software engineering now), but every once in while, I will have a waiter-nightmare. And they basically feel so real I cant tell the difference between them and reality. Usually they happen when I've been seriously deprived of sleep. Just wierd.Any other waiters (former or current) have these types of dreams? I swear that job scarred me for life.
KingAustin 0
Any other waiters (former or current) have these types of dreams? I swear that job scarred me for life.I'm a cashier at walgreens and about a month ago I had stress dreams like crazy. I would be semi-awake on my bed thinking I needed to get to a register to help check out a customer. I havent had one for about a month, but I dont want any more. They confuse the hell out of me. MDXS 0
I don't want to type out all of the details at this time (will do it later), but I did have the same dream every night for about 6-7 consecutive weeks. Has this ever happened to anyone else?I'm going to hold off on discussing my weird dreams for now, but a friend of mine had an amusing recurring dream. Every couple nights or so he'd find himself in a deep hole. He'd chill there for a bit until one of those old fashioned handled hand grenades came flying into the hole. Some nights he'd try to climb out of the hole, but it would explode before he could escape. Other nights he'd try to toss the grenade out and it would always go off in his hand. He was never able to defeat the hand grenade. Now if he were skilled in lucid dreaming, there'd be no problem. Anytime he found himself in a hole with a grenade, it'd be the trigger he needed to signal that he was dreaming. After that, dealing with a grenade would be easy.
Ktiger48 0
I had a really terrible dream once that Bobby Ewing got run over by a car and died. Luckily, when I woke up one season later he was still in alive and in the shower!
timwakefield 69
I had a dream that me and a few friends were hanging out on the moon. Somebody's cousin lent us a spaceship, and nobody needed a spacesuit. We were all just hanging out up there, drinking tons of wine and jumping around. There were also bulldozers, and we were drunkenly building some structure. It was ****ing awesome.
bigkg 0
I dream in color and remember alot of them. When I was 6 years old, I had a dream that Superman was serial killer and everytime he killed somebody he left a cape there. Then one day my brother, my dad, and I were in my room and we saw Superman flying toward my bedroom window so we all went to hide. My brother laid on my bed with his head under a pillow, my dad hid up against the wal, and I hid ina cabinet within my closet. So naturally Superman doesn't see my brother nor my dad, but goes straight for me, then I wake up. Just thinking about it scares me.When I was in late elementary school and early middle school I always had dreams that I would go to school naked and not even care.

I've heard those kind of dreams arent that uncommon though.
