final table of an online tourney, first place takes 3900,00, not bad for a 20 buy in.but anyway, im bb and 4 people limp in. im dealt 3 5 diamonds and the flop comes a 2 4 rainbow, dream flop right? so, small blind bets 4k i call and the guy next to me bets 24k, im smiling thinking after winning this one and knocking him out, no one is gonna catch me anymore and im guaranteed top prize, my lead was substantial.surprisingly, the sb calls and i go all in.. it went call call.they would be both out of the tourney. at this point im happy, but pissed that they called you know what i mean? the raiser had aj, hes done!! - the sb had a4 and i had the straight, the turn is an A. damn it!!help, what would you guys do? he obviously got lucky and i went on tilt and finished 4th. any thoughts? thank youFabiano

Same thing you did. You got unlucky. He hit one of his 4 outs.
6 actually, and an extra 3 more assuming a jack didnt come out next
What crack are you on, can I have some?Flop:A24Hero: 53 for a straight on the flopSB: A4 for two pair on the flopOther guy: AJ for top pair ok kickerMr. A4 has 3 outs to boat up. Not 4 and surely not 6. You'd ASSUME he'd have 4, but when the cards were turned over one of his aces was gone. He has only 1 ace and 2 4s to boat up. Our hero has a made straight, remember? So yeah, after the turn where they hit the case ace, now mr. AJ has 3 outs to get a higher boat, but shrug.
