I can't say that I know the specifics of the deal, but I'm pretty sure that he still owns the domain. I don't see a deal they'd make where he didn't retain majority ownership of FCP. I doubt he gave it up. What Pokerroom wanted was the userbase they'd get from FCP, not the domain name, and I'm sure that Poker Room has little interest in what goes on here in the forums.

STOP COMPLAINING !!!!!!!!!!!!!! For months all I've heard is everyone talking about how much they wanted DN to start his own poker room. He did it. Why isn't everyone happy? For legal reasons he can't own FCP if it has a poker room. It's just that simple. You can't have it both ways. I'm sure he still has control of the parts of the site that really matter to us such as the forum. This is a good thing. He hasn't sold out.

What is sad is that people cannot except change. Although it might not seem like it, I really wasn't complaining about the new site. So far, I think it has changed for the better. I was just questioning how the new ownership will affect FCP, and it appears so far the forums will remain more or less the same, albeit with more posters. Side Note: I can't believe my first post last night was even readable considering how shitfaced I was. I love mornings when I wake up with my coat and 1 shoe still on, it's good stuff.
